I initially left a review as my order (#444681) had stalled with the courier and I hadn’t received a response to my email.

I’m pleased to say that Time & Tide contacted my wife directly, apologised for the lack of communication and prioritised resolving the situation.

The watch was delivered today along with some thoughtful extras, which was a nice touch.

Delays can happen with couriers, but the way the team stepped in and made things right is appreciated.

I dropped in unannounced to the London store and was pleasantly surprised by the experience.
All of staff were welcoming and knowledgeable and allowed me to view and handle several watches that I had an interest in. At no time during my visit did I feel pressurised into buying.
I returned a week later and I purchased a stunning Beaucroft watch.
A big thank you to all concerned - especially Sergei who spent considerable time with me.
I would certainly return for any future watches.

As a 15 year old I went into their London boutique in the hopes of purchasing my own first watch. Their store was lovely and had a great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and accommodated my enquiries. I walked out with a lovely studio underdog very pleased and I would definitely buy from them again.

I bought online the Baltic Hermetic night mode a watch that was supposedly exclusively sold through Time and Tide Australia back in February 2024. The delivery date was scheduled in May 2024. I received an email informing me that the delivery is delayed till July 2024. I tried to get in touch with them to explain that I have a change in address. I sent them already 6 emails with no answers. Not sure if they will ever reply. It is a costly lesson about online watch purchase. Be careful .
