Mohsin was extremely helpful and went out of his way to accommodate our meeting with less than 24 hours notice of my request. He exuded professionalism and product knowledge. The price indicated 24 hours earlier was held despite a further fall in the value of Stg. The watch was complete in every way and I would certainly have no qualms in recommending this Company and would definitely deal with them again.

I have bought 2 watches from T4D in the last year and dealing with Mohsin has always been a pleasure. The service and quality of the product is excellent and as described and I can not recommend them highly enough. Even when paying late on Friday I had my new watch delivered before 10am on Saturday!

The staff were very helpful from the start, did not push any particular product and gave plenty of time for questions. I live reasonably close so was able to visit their offices and I can assure everything is in order and I was delighted with my purchase. Everything is genuine and explained fully, with manufacturer warranties where applicable. I made a significant purchase and would not hesitate to use Time4Diamonds again.

My experience with Haroon was excellent. Few weeks ago i contacted him to ask if he could reserve the Patek 5711, as i was just waiting to finalize the selling of my previous watch. He helped me with this in a very pleasant way. Unfortunately the sales was canceld and after informing Haroon , his reply was so friendly and correct. He wrote that it was no problem and was looking forward to do business another time. Luckely it only took a week before i sold my watch and informed Haroon about the good news. He did everything necessary to follow up the payment and shipment, i received the watch within 3 days! Even today he replied on one of my questions about the complete set of links, information he had do research on. This person knows how to treat clients and for sure this will be the first person i will contact if i want to buy something else!

I recently bought an Royal Oak 15202 from Haroon and Mohsin - and had a great experience.

It was very relaxed, I got to have a nice look at a bunch of their other stock while I was there and never felt rushed.

They were very keen on price and very professional, keeping the watch reserved for me (even when my bank initially blocked my payment!) despite interest from another buyer.

Time4diamonds are second to none in the UK. Providing generous discounts on the most sought after Timepieces and for which they have the stock! After searching online for months and doing extensive research I bought my dream watch from T4D. I was looked after by Haroon Chowdery who I found to be a really nice genuine man. The only problem was I couldn't decide which watch to take and Haroon wasn't pushy, He let me take my time and follow my heart. I left there a very happy customer .

Team were very responsive and eager to engage form the first contact. I secured the piece by making a deposit (they issued a receipt for this) and promptly booked to go see them in person and review the product. Great location in London and very friendly people - we arranged payment on the spot and could not fault the experience. Have been buying and selling my pieces for the last 8 years and this is one of the easiest people to do business with - highly recommended.

I contacted Time4Diamonds when I saw a deal on their website for an AP that I had been after for ages. I wasn't able to get to the office to view the watch due to work commitments but Mohsin and Haroon at Time4Diamonds were more than happy to send me videos and photos of the watch which was just as described. Delivery of the watch was within 24hours as promised which i was really pleased with. Overall an excellent and very professional service and will definitely be using again.
