Very odd
Very odd? Made a purchase request on Chrono24 which has a safe buying scheme to avoid fraud and had no reply (and still none). Decided to try contacting them directly and did a purchase of the watch (Rolex); no reply. Emailed twice over a number of days. Tried their webchat service and no-one answers and no-one replies when you leave a message. Is this a scam? Not heard of T4D before but decided to take a risk. Anyone able to contact anyone at the store?

Firstly we would like to apologise for the lack of communication and the frustration caused to you in trying to purchase a watch from us. Here at Time4diamonds customer service and the needs of our customers are a huge priority for us.
We have recently upgraded our website which has had a few unexpected knock on effects on our live chat service and also on Chrono24. Our IT team are working on this now to get it back to normal.
We do try to reply to all of our sales enquiries via email as quickly as possible, however sometimes we do have to work through hundreds of emails which can cause a backlog. However this does not justify the delay in the response to you, but I can see from our records that our sales team did get back to you eventually. For an immediate response we normally recommend to call us directly whereby you would be able to speak to one of our sales representatives directly.
Again we would like to take this opportunity to apologise for the lack of communication and we hope that we can restore some faith and serve you at some point in the near future.

Outstanding service from Time4diamonds.
Sent my Daytona in for a new bezel. The watch arrived with them on a Tuesday and they called me as soon as it arrived. I had asked if it all possible if I could have it back for the Friday.
It was returned on the Thursday (bearing in mind I live at the other end of the country) with the new bezel fitted and another minor piece of servicing completed by their experts.
Very, very impressed with the whole service. I will definitely be sending watches for servicing and hopefully purchasing a watch at some point in the future.

My second purchase from Time4Diamonds, I was shopping around for Rolex Day-Date 40 Platinum Arabic Script Watch as there are not many about in the UK and my boss was in desperate need of one. Spoke to several other watch dealers who either did not have the watch in stock or the watch it self looked abused. I found the price with Time 4 diamonds highly competitive and the watch was factory sealed, which is what I was searching for.
Spoke to Haroon over the phone and set up a meeting in their London showroom. He is very informative in regards to which other watches i could invest into and showed me various other models... might have to make a third visit back :)
Thanks again for a wonderful hassle free experience and I would definitely would recommend them to anyone trying to find the perfect watch.

I don't usually leave reviews but I felt that I had to after the exceptional service I had received from Mohsin.
It was a large purchase so I was initially hesitant at buying the watch online without seeing it or visiting their office to meet the staff however the reviews quickly reassured me that I was dealing with a reputable company.
I can only echo what everybody else has said about Time4Diamonds. Mohsin was always my point of contact and I was treated as if I had been a long term customer, he was always more than happy to answer any questions that I had in detail and offer unbiased advice too which is rare these days.
I also had some work done on a watch which he went out of his way to ensure was completed before my requested date. Usually, it's difficult to get in touch with staff after your money has been taken however it was quite the opposite here, Mohsin was always easy to reach and he was keeping me updated regularly too.
I will only be using Time4Diamonds for all of my future watch purchases after my experience and I would not hesitate recommending them to my friends too.
