Style of these boots is classic but the break-in period was incredibly painful and the leather scuffed almost immediately. For the price I expected much better durability

Hi so it’s for timberland so I order boots and it’s almost 6days past and still I don’t receive my parcel so really disappointed service so If your not looking for solutions for this than your loosing customer or you have to change delivery service otherwise my all shoes is timberland really very bad service I am upset

Timberland boots are not of the quality that you would expect at the price. I bought an expensive (€160) pair of gardening boots in 2023. At that price I would expect them to last at least three years of weekend-only gardening. But the soles basically disintegrated after less than two years, and Timberland refused to honour the 2-year guarantee. I've had other makes (e.g. Makita) which have lasted far longer. Won't be buying Timberland again.

Bought a gift for Christmas on Black Friday with the possibility of making the return by January 10. Unfortunatly I needed a size chante and i had to return the package and make a new order at full price with a difference of 200 euros. (leather jacket paid at 299 during black friday - full price 499). because timberland does not provide the possibility to replace the size or to buy the same item at the same price as the black friday! The costumer care offered me a15% discount code on the purchase of a new item ... and so I had to buy the same item again by spending 125 euros more and should I also thank ?! NEVER AGAIN!
