Very upset
Very upset. My grandsons pig arrived damaged. Replacement arrived damaged and Tilly pig were not interested in doing anything about it......clearly there is an issue with the harry potter style. So I spent full price and have 2 damaged pigs. Not happy at all. Very poor customer service

Disappointed about the way my order was dealt with you didn’t advise that it was out of stock when I ordered I had to contact you about updates on when I would receive it I eventually received it on the whole I am happy with product but your customer service needs to be looked at

Left 3 days contacted customer service bot - useless no order found
Asked for a human who found order in seconds
Dispatch next day arrival in 2
Never arrived contacted CS again ‘may be out of stock ‘
No comms regarding this at all no confirmation e mail ever received
Fed up asked for refund given straight away
Got the second star as Moises in customer services was excellent
Very very disappointed
Noted that website changed its name during all of this!!!!

Great christening present 🎁 I have had three now and my four year old granddaughter loves putting her money in and learning how to save and you can open up the bottom so no smashing the pig to get the money out. The pigs are lovely with lots of patterns and colours great job thank you

So I got my grandchildren a Tilly pig…
So I got my grandchildren a Tilly pig (2) a couple of years ago. My daughter has been teaching them to save some of their money . They a lovely little piggy banks and sit well in their bedrooms however!!!!! Today my daughter tried to get money out of them. All was well with one but the other she couldn’t get the £2 coins out. My granddaughter was extremely upset because she thinks we will have to smash her beloved pig. I got in touch with the company but all they could do was offer me 20% off a new one . I didn’t realise at the time that we should actually check to see if you can get the money out so people please be aware of this fault with some of the pigs because now I have a upset little granddaughter.
