Had so many problems with this company. Even received an incorrect delivery of tiles among many other problems and shoddy work. Continually had to chase them for their stuffups. Only person who was helpful and did a great job, was Mina!
I’m very happy with my visit to this shower and bathroom store. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome. They lady called Shruty was friendly, helpful, and guided me through all the options without rushing me.
AVOID - initially purchased online as stated bath was in stock. Once payment was made, was told it was not in stock for another month.
Bath delivered and stored in garage. Plumber unboxed and unwrapped bath to discover a faulty bath - cracked, coming away from frame, and lumps in moulding where you would rest during use.
Company was contacted immediately with request for a replacement. They refused to accept responsibility and initially tried to blame me for poor storage - even though bath stored in original box and protective wrapping in dry, secure garage.
When I pointed out that the moulding defect was a clear manufacturing issue, they blamed the 'overseas' manufacturer for refusal to process replacement. They then stated the 'overseas' manufacturer had warehouse in Neerabup and I could get replacement 'at cost price'. This manufacturer has no ABN and operates a questionable Australian website.
Rest of project and trades all delayed and pushed back - bathroom project should have been completed end of May, now looking mid-Sept.
Currently going through Consumer Protection and company ignoring mediation attempts.
