I was in desperate need of some tiles
I was in desperate need of some tiles, the tiles I needed were discontinued. I searched everywhere for them and couldn’t find them. I phoned Tileflair Swindon and spoke to Dan. He left no stone unturned and found me what I needed. What fantastic service from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Tileflair and especially Dan. Above and beyond service.

We ordered all of our tiles from Tileflair for 3 bathrooms & a huge kitchen extension. Jason is very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the right colour scheme for all the rooms. I would like to say a big thank you to the team in Reading for all their support and quick delivery.

A super positive experience
A super positive experience; I visited in a panic having found that the splash backs purchased were not going to work in our new kitchen. Jason was extremely helpful in providing options for tiles, and delivery dates; samples were provided and I placed an order a short time after returning home. The tiles arrived on the day specified and the guys were helpful by loading the boxes into my car. Upon returning a few boxes after the work was completed, James was equally helpful with the unloading and completing the refund without any fuss. Would highly recommend.

Great service and great tiles
Lewis was a great help in helping us choose the right tile for our bathroom along with the trim and grout. Nothing was too much trouble and even provided a sample so we could see it in the room. Even with some changes and returns the service was exceptional.
