Good service

Good service and the tiles look great. Only criticism is we ended up with way too many tiles which they won’t take back as the returns policy is within 28 days of receipt of goods. It doesn’t give you much time to complete your project before working out how much excess there is. Seems a shame to throw them out 🤷🏻‍♂️

The service I received at Tile Choice in Telford was excellent! Staff were extremely friendly, knowledgable and helpful throughout my time there. They even helped carry the purchased items to my car. Most impressed! Thank you -

Visited the Telford store this afternoon as an emergency. James was fantastic. He is extremely knowledgeable and was more than willing to discuss our options in depth including budget. He even checked stock levels at the warehouse and made several phone calls to ensure we had the closet tile for our requirements. He arranged next day delivery. Supurb customer service. Would most definitely recommend. James is an absolute assest to the company.

I never got my order and now can not get no reply from them, paid for next day delivery 10 days ago no conversation from them at all since

The 3 day delivery is paid for never happened. It's now 6 days and I'm still waiting!

Ordering was easy, and the product got delivered smoothly at the time Tile Choice said they would.

Didn't receive the product

I want to return tiles ,they did not tell me could be a 20% re stock, the delivery came a rainning day so the boxes are in not good conditions,now when we try to return the tiles they dont accept it.

Tiles were reduced so I could afford to buy them, look great but are very thick as could be for floors too. Service excellent, tiles arrived exactly when predicted and delivery guy very professional. Love love love them

Order accepted and paid lots for expedited delivery as I needed it urgently (no tracking information available), then found out they didn't have the item in the first place, they didn't contact me I only found out when it didn't arrive leaving me no time to find an alternative.

Call into Tile Choice today Dean and Dave are very helpful, they went above and beyond with sorting out the tiles, I liked, and phoned another store to see if they had enough to make up the amount needed, (as not got them all in stock). Delivery was sorted out to get them too us quickly, as we had left choosing our tiles till the last minute. Dean help me choose the grout that I needed. Dave helped me choose the tile trims.
Dean and Dave are very pleasant, knowledgeable and informative making the whole experience a delight. Two very happy customers, leaving happy and confident in our our choice.
Highly recommend a visit, as good selection and reasonably priced.

this is a company owned by the bloke who rips off all his suppliers then has to change the company ownership
Check this out on company’s house
Forces staff to take orders on stock which isn’t even available with threats to there jobs if they don’t comply
Doesn’t pay his rent on his shops
Which forces staff members to lose their livelihood without any notice
The staff all do there best to meet customers needs but they are just fighting fires every day to keep their jobs
Whilst the con artist owner
Lives a lavish lifestyle !!!

I’m not surprised they are shutting stores down!! Went to the Cannock store to get floor tiles but the lady behind the tile was too busy vaping so went to a trainee who didn’t know what he was doing. I ordered big batch of tiles to be ordered but turns out they turned up late to store and they called us to say I had to fetch them because I didn’t pay for delivery but the trainee didn’t tell me I had to pay! So I injuried my back piling tiles into my small car because the woman was yet again to busy vaping to give me a hand!!!

How did we do? I don't know as I haven't received my tile sample yet. I've had about 5 emails but no tile. 6 days later still nothing.

It has now arrived well packaged. Delivery times were between 8 and 6 which in this day and generation is vague.
