Great quality, beautiful product and arrived perfectly.

Very good customer service, with quick responses and clear communication.
Extremely fast delivery, from payment acknowledge to deliver it was only 6 days for a 500+kg order.
The payment part can feel weird, as you need to transfer and your order status wont update until they receive and acknowledge it, once they did it moved very fast.

I was a bit worried about buying tiles online from a different country but I was wrong. Tile Expert were great, great selection of high quality tiles and communication was great. Tiles were delivered on a pallet and all intact! Will buy again.

They shipped broken tiles to me, and I now have to pay 7,000 SEK to have them removed from my property and recycled. The company refuses to reimburse me for this cost.

AND they refuse to book removal from my property themselves to a lesser cost which they claim exists.

Look closely at all good 5-star reviews, they all look like generated by bots. I thins this is a non-legit company.

I waited for my order of tiles for 3 months, when it finally arrived, big part of them was broken (seemed 1 of 3 palletes falled somewhere), one box of tiles was missed and the color of it was very different from the samples. Terrible.

Although the site experience is somewhat confusing and bit old fashioned, the range of products are impressive. Make sure to reserve spacious time for a timely delivery. The delivery time, from my experience, was accurate and reliable. The delivery service was fabulous and well communicated. Customer service is very much present for all sorts of questions and concerns. In general, good experience.

I absolutely would recommend Tile Expert. They have great prices and the communication is very good. There was a delay with the order but they let me know well in advance and offered a refund if the timing would no longer work. In the end they sent me a small compensation for the delay. This was appreciated as many companies wouldn't do that. I would order from them again without hesitation.

The search function is comprehensive which allowed me to quickly narrow down a selection of tiles that would work in the design. From there, the supporting collection of high quality pictures of the tile in various applications allowed me to further refine a choice of samples to order.
