Don't ever order from, had something else delivered in boots, looked like plastic and 2 sizes 2 small, I was an idiot for ordering more off tilda shoes

I bought brown summer vintage wedge sandals. They are cheap, cheap, cheap. I spent $30.00 on shoes that weren't worth $5.00 at a garage sale. Fake leather, super glue binding the sole together, and cheap material. I am VERY disappointed. My order # is TD23095

Took 3 months for the shoes to get here, many emails that were answered with “they’re on the way” but really they were not. They were also sent in a bag, not a box.

The shoes were NOT what was pictured, they look so cheap I’m too embarrassed to wear them. I don’t think I have the energy to try and return them for a refund based on how hard it was to even get them.

Do. Not. Buy.

No stars at all!!! Worst company ever. The whole runaround. Both pairs broke. No customer service. They delete all our comments off Facebook. No refund. Nothing. I will be reporting as well

What kind of country is this scam based out of - can’t be

They deserve zero stars. I had to report this company to the BBB, FTC and my bank. This was the only way they would give me my money back. I sent numerous emails inquiring about my order. They gave me no information about my order NONE. Then i asked for a refund. They kept beating around the bush. I finally filled those complaints and got my money back. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Although I did receive the shoes on a timely manor, it is totally false advertising. They advertise the Blowfish brand shoes and you receive something completely different. Please be aware, what is in the picture is not what you get.

This business is a scam. Look them up on Ripoff Report as well. I ordered shoes months ago and still have not received them. Emailed, and was told repeatedly they were on the way, then emailed again yesterday and was told they were out of stock. Hoping they refund me but I doubt they will.

Horrible customer service and they do not accept returns like their website states. When I tried to return the shoes (which are poor quality and did not fit) I was told that the best they could do was give me 10% back. They wouldn't let me return even if I paid for shipping.

I ordered 6 shoes on April 2nd and only two have been delivered. I have contacted support several times and have been completely dismissed. The shoes aren’t even of good quality. Extremely disappointing, would never shop here if I knew how they treat customers.

If I could give a zero I would. The shoes I got were made of flimsy material that wreaked of paint thinner or spray paint, The odor was so strong I put them in the garbage outside. They weren't wearable at all. When I wrote and complained, they offered no apologies, no refund just argued. Never ever again.

I ordered a pair of shoes that I just adored then I decided to read the reviews. I’m glad to say that my order came and I absolutely love them. I will be ordering from them again.

Awful customer service. I did not like the shoes I received. Have been going back and forth about a return. They asked me to send a picture of the shoes and the packaging label. Why, they have my order number? It seems like they are trying to avoid me being able to return. I will never buy from them again.

Another sketchy online company. My shoes were too narrow so I emailed them for return instructions. I am now on my EIGHTH email reply with them bartering my return. “15%?, 30%?” No! I want a full refund and I will gladly pay the shipping. Also, let me mention that I walked from my front door to the kitchen (50 ft) and there is already a permanent crease in the toe of the shoe. I should’ve known better…

Update** after 18 emails with “customer service” they still only offered me 30% back. I paid $42. I was able to file a dispute with PayPal and they got me the refund I deserved. Thanks PayPal! NEVER BUY FROM THIS SKETCHY COMPANY!

Thieving company, lieing greedy thieving company, paid for shoes I never received. I'm calling the FTC AND THE FCC AND FILING A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM THIS IS MAIL FRAUD. Screw THESE morons

If I could give them a zero I would! They sent me a pair two sizes too large and then refused to make it right but offered me a 15% refund for their excellent service. My a$$! This is not the first time I’ve had a Chinese company refuse to make it right. These companies are the WORST!

I paid extra for shipping costs and never received my shoes. Upon asking for a refund since I never received the shoes, they refused to give a refund since the shoes were already shipped out. Horrible customer service. Horrible company. It’s a scam! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Worst customer service, they don’t even sound like a legit company. It’s has been weeks and I still haven’t received any shipping info, no tracking number at all. Every time I email they respond with stupid answers.

I placed an order April 15 and still haven’t received my items. When I contact customer service they refuse to give me a tracking number and told me today that “the item was prepared well and will be taken to the post office.” But 3-weeks ago they tell me it wa a already shipped… thank god for PayPal because I filed a dispute and have now received a full refund.
