I requested a withdrawal of 944€, and i received after month and a half waiting, an amount much smaller, in this case 898€.
they have stole from me almost 50€ just because they wanted to.
i email them and their answer has been basically "this is what it is"
They SCAM with deposits and withdrawals.
also they blocked me after 2-3 bets, so it is not worth it at all
I made a withdrawal from TikTok Casino to my crypto wallet, and they sent me much less than the amount I requested. I have clear evidence of the transaction, including screenshots and transaction IDs that show the real amount I should have received.
I’ve contacted their support but they just wash their hands and answer everything is OK. This looks very suspicious and unprofessional — it feels (not just feel but im sure of it) like they are keeping part of the funds without justification.
Be very careful if you use TikTok Casino. Based on my experience, I can’t trust them with deposits or withdrawals. I’m sharing this to warn others and hopefully get this issue resolved.
