Cannot even get my account closed now as they don't respond to emails and live chat are useless.
Definitely one to avoid I have contacted help five times now and just been ignored.
Yet another email saying you have a bonus but when depositing surprise no bonus.
Along with other people I would be interested to know if they do actually pay out.
Mine has been sitting there 3 days now I don't have a good feeling about this casino so will not be using in the future.
They advertise false bonus offers eg deposit x amount and get 50% bonus. What they don't tell you is that is has to be over 40 GBP to qualify.
You ask three times to see the T and Cs for the bonus but they don't respond.

I have received my withdraw. I’m not saying it was fast but I did get it after 4 days!
Are they trying to play with the fact that addicted or problem gamblers will be tempted to reverse the withdraw ! Very possible but at this point it’s a personal decision to do it or not !
I was positive I would never see the money and to my biggest surprise the money was sent to me on a Sunday morning 5 am witch is 10 am UK time.

Good selection of my favourite games and providers.
For the Pragmatic games I used a VPN to enable the quick spin and bonus buy features of you are in the UK.
RTP is better than a lot of the sites I play.
Bad stuff - had a few issues with deposits not appearing in my gaming account after leaving my bank account, still waiting 7 days later for the last deposit to reappear in my bank.
Withdrawals do go through if you have enough patience to wait about 5 days and can resist not reversing pending withdrawals (Mark of a casino that preys on gamblers with a gambling problem).
Online help is generally quick and moderately helpful until you try and close your account, if you want to close it they will tell you to contact support by email, I have sent 3 or 4 emails to get my account closed but they never respond, this ties in with my previous theory (preying on gamblers with a problem).
Problems aside it is still one of the better sites not on Gamstop. 5/10

Does anyone ever receive there withdrawals? Mines been pending for 8 days now. Every time

I've been waiting since the 10th February for my withdrawal first time it was cancelled due to an error on there financial payments
Then second time they said bank sent it back I contacted the bank they have not received nothing
I've sent loads of emails all saying the same be patient it's in a queue then it gets declined
