I have never written a bad review before but: please stay away from this company. The items arrived nearly three months late, and I continued to send emails to them requesting updates. They provided the same answer over and over, with we appreciate your patience. No contact phone numbers that you can call, and no one to speak to. The items are too small, and I now have to send them back to China using my own money.
This company can improve by telling the truth, and hears a funny one, maybe delivering the product that I paid for. Its been 3 months or more now since I paid my money diligently, which should have been a legal transaction. But you folk have no idea about being legal. Karma is a wonderful thing!!!
This place claims to be a New Zealand based boutique however the package came from China - when I tried to return the package they didn’t provide a return label and instead had me pay my own return shipping through NZ post. It has been 3 months now and the package is sitting in customs at china post because they have to pay customs on the package and haven’t. They refuse to give me a refund because they ‘haven’t recieved the package’ however it is sitting there because they won’t pay the duty.
The product was trash, they are trash, do yourself a favor and avoid at all cost. They are dropshipper scum
