Clear delivery instructions. Unit is attractive but lack of soft close hinges reduces how premium it feels. Door closes with a loud hollow bang due to strong magnet.

The most gorgeous sink and vanity I've ever seen! I had both items in my Wishlist for so long and seeing them in real life was absolutely worth the wait. Order, delivery and communication was fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend tikamoon to anyone, it has been a great experience to order with them. Should I need anything else, I will definitely be back.

Lovely piece of furniture
Lovely piece of furniture, expensive but well made. The media unit was very carefully packed to avoid damage in transit. Delivery service was excellent with good communication throughout.

Help cancelling an order
I called to make sure my order had been cancelled (I only cancelled because I had not taken the correct measurements and will buy from the company again in future because I absolutely love their furniture). I spoke to Lucie who was extremely helpful and sorted out my cancellation immediately - really appreciate the great customer service.

Good quality solid oak Oliver TV unit
Very pleased with my Oliver oak TV unit which I use for a 77” TV. Very good quality. Packaged well, arrived within about 10 days. Specified the premium delivery so the packaging was taken away. The delivery company needed chasing a couple of times, but other than that I was very happy with my first Tikamoon purchase.

Excellent customer service
We have bought several pieces from Tikamoon and the quality is always great, additionally, customer service is very quick to reply, which makes everything easier.
This time we had to return a TV console as it didn't fit the room like we wanted to. Tracey was super helpful and quick in arranging the refund and the pickup of the furniture, everything was sorted in less than 4 days. We will keep purchasing from this brand!

Lovely products and an excellent customer service
We bought a beautiful vanity from Tikamoon, but our bathroom fitter had some issues attaching the unit using the brackets supplied.
Unfortunately, these broke at installation and Tikamoon suppplied a replacement with no issue. The second time around these broke again, at which point we started to question our fitter and whether the installation is being done properly.
After speaking to Tikamoon, we agreed this is likely a result of poor installation method, rather than a repeated issue with a very common heavy duty bracket.
Even with that, they agreed to replace the brackets a second time (or give us a partial refund), which I think goes beyond what would typically be expected from a company, especially nowadays.
Tikamoon's customer service was truly excellent from start to finish - I would like to mention Munro by name, who's been a delight throughout.
We used Tikamoon before this purchase, and will continue to do so in the future. Thank you!
