Veronica from Tiimely delivered timely service and great advice

Tiimely provided same level of service as my local broker, although remotely via calls and video call. They offered the benefit of cash back offer which helped offset the fees in refinancing. My local broker didn't have any lender with cashback and competitive rates. Veronica was easy to deal with, contactable with ease via phone and email and provided prompt updates.

We had a fantastic experience working with Veronica as to get our first home loan. She was communicative throughout the whole process, explained everything clearly and made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Terrible support and service, no feeds to money management tools

I've been a customer for a few years since the Tic:Toc days. Like many other one-star reviewers have noted, things were good up to the changeover to Tiimely, when they removed the web access and now just provide a very ordinary app to access your accounts.
I track and manage all of my finances through the Pocketsmith application. The interface works for all my other bank and SMSF accounts, and used to work with Tic:Toc (which was Adelaide and Bendigo Bank) but it just stopped working when the change to Tiimley happened. No notice, no apologies and I've been unable to restore the connection. The help team was rude and didn't want to help.
I've started the process to refinance to another bank that is in the 21st century. Simply not good enough.
If you're considering a loan with Tiimely, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere.

Regarding the PocketSmith connection: historically, this type of integration may have relied on screen scraping, which is no longer supported for this purpose.

The bank now supports Open Banking under the Consumer Data Right. Open Banking uses secure, regulated APIs and does not involve sharing passwords.

Accredited Data Recipient apps can connect directly with customer consent, giving you control over what data is shared and for how long. We encourage customers who want automated financial tracking to choose a provider that supports Open Banking (https://www.cdr.gov.au/find-a-provider).

They’re only good until you sign the documents

I’ve been with Tiimley/TicToc for several years. Initially they were good but (as other reviewers have mentioned) soon interest rates creep up and up and you will have no luck trying to negotiate a better rate (such as their new-customer rate that is advertised on their website). Since December 2025 they don’t have web-based internet banking, only a poorly designed phone app that doesn’t provide much functionality. For example, there is no ability to download transaction details for tracking expenses in any useful format like a csv file. Customer service is extremely slow and you get transferred around different people without any progress being made. Trying to refinance away from Tiimley results in extended delays – so far 40 days since the request to re-finance was sent to tiimley and they still haven’t actioned that request – it looks like they are dragging their feet to keep a grip on the trailing commission for as long as possible. Most of the reviews on this platform only relate to the experience of signing up to a new loan or are from before December 2025 when the customer experience dramatically declined. Check recent ratings from existing customers.

Was great, no longer

Was great as Tic:Toc. I was with them from 2020 and very happy. But they've since changed to Tiimely and the worst thing is they've completely got rid of web-based online banking. All you have now is a phone App, and it misses such basic features as being able to download recent transaction statements in a properly headed format, as so often required for financial purposes. Very unresponsive chatbot on the app too. I would steer clear until they bring back web-based online banking and fix their terrible App.
