Terrible company

I never received my order

I sent them multiple emails asking for a refund which they just ignored, none existent customer service!

In the end I had to contact my bank and dispute the transaction, I got my money back in the end but I was out of pocket for about 7 weeks in total.

Crooks!

Crooks! Took my money, emailed me back to return the item then kept the money once they received them. Ignored all of my emails thereafter. Scammers!

I placed my order before I read the…

I placed my order before I read the reviews. When I did read them I was feeling really apprehensive about recieving my order. I reached out to the company and they responded really quickly, sure enough I received the order. The socks I ordered were the wrong size but the boots were what I was worried about but they were fine. Really good customer service 👍

Poor, avoid!

First off, incorrectly described/inconsistent items on the website. This was true for both items ordered. The socks I ordered were described as wool and they weren't and the wellies were the wrong model (steel toe cap/red band, when the photos show the yellow band, non safety).

Secondly, one of the items were sent to the wrong address (billing not postage).

Communications were slow and only responded to when threatened with going to bank to dispute transaction.

Wellies were sent back with paid postage and refunded but that's about the only positive thing that happened.

Avoid

Ordered 4 No. hi Viz jackets 20th October ,emailed on the 27th to find out where the order was( no response ) had a response after my 2nd email on the 28th to say order has been dispatched. NO TRACKING . Then notice a payment for one jacket had been paid back into my account,Parcel finally arrived on 5th nov ,but with only 2 jackets. I've now had a refund for the 2 jackets ,but the lack of organisation and communication is shocking. I will not be using this company again !

Order placed on the 1st of May

Order placed on the 1st of May, marked as shipped on the 7th. Order no #109541.

No shipping updates, no sign of my order, no answer from the phone and no reply to the 4 emails i have sent.

I haven't raised a claim yet but if there is no sign of my order next week i will be forced to.

Useless.

Do not use this company!

Ordered some boots with 3 to 7 day delivery. 14 days later and no boots.
No reply to my email.
No response when tried to call many times.

Non-existent aftersales support

Bought Himalayan 5160 safety boots from Tiger Safety but after fairly light use, they started to drop to bits. I emailed them to express concern and ask for help to resolve the issue but no response. Emailed them again 10 days later but no response. It's been a month now and haven't back from them.

AVOID!

I ordered a pair of safety shoes on the 2nd February and, apart from a dispatch email a day later, have not received anything. I tried emailing and calling, but they did not respond to my emails and they do not pick up the phone. I have had to dispute the transaction with my bank to try and get my money back. Do not buy from this company!

The Wall of Silence!

Oh Andy Carr goes through the procedure to start with by asking for a photograph of the wellingtons that are not fit for purpose so he can send it to the factory and then a wall of silence. After lots of emails still no reply.

Bought some safety wellies from them

Bought some safety wellies from them. Worst wellies ever but not all their fault as you get what you pay for and they were mid range price wise.
Their Website asks you to review products you have bought. SO I DID.....but because it was negative they never added it to the site.
So basically the only reviews you will see on their site are the ones they want you to see ie this product is great. Not the ones were the customer says poor product. !!!

Avoid!

Avoid!! Sent out wrong size product very slow at responding to email would not refund or replace until I got PayPal involved once I sent goods back they did refund but will not respond or reimburse me the cost to send goods back.
It took over a month and I'm still out of pocket
