I placed an order four months ago. The item was never delivered and the courier confirmed it was lost. I requested a refund multiple times but stopped receiving responses. I currently have neither the product nor the refund. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and accountability.
The address of the parcel was wrong and it got sent back directly to the sender. We had to order something else instead since this was meant for a birthday gift.
