I was completely denied my payout by Tiger Funded. They claimed I breached a “minimum trade duration rule” 200+ times, even though my account was purchased in September 2025, well before the new rules came into effect on October 15, 2025. When I requested my payout, they applied new rules retroactively, which is completely unfair. Not a single official email or notification was sent to announce the new rules. I agreed to the terms and conditions at the time, which I carefully read, and then everything was arbitrarily changed.

I tried multiple times to escalate this through live chat support and Discord, but I was repeatedly blocked and ignored. I provided extensive proof — screenshots, chat transcripts, and evidence of my account purchase date , yet they refuse to provide a clear response.

I also gave them a suggestion regarding payouts for accounts that started trading before October 15. I asked that these accounts be paid under the rules in effect at the time of purchase, and that when the account resets, the new rules be applied only afterward. They said they would pass this on for feedback, but nothing ever happened. A support agent named Elon, along with Tiger and James, kept apologizing and thanking me for my feedback, but it is clear it was never shared.

Their communication is unprofessional, misleading, and completely unacceptable. Customers deserve transparency, consistency, and fair treatment, not arbitrary rule changes, blocked communications, and unjust denial of payouts. I strongly urge Tiger Funded to review their processes and correct this immediately.

I will be filing a formal complaint with the Dubai Police eCrime portal (ecrime.ae). I will also share my factual experience with my professional network /// I work in a marketing agency - and run informational ads to raise awareness so others can judge for themselves. Customers deserve transparency, consistency, and fair treatment.

I urge Tiger Funded to review this case and provide a prompt resolution

I just discovered I´m on the front page of their website/Reward section and at the same time they refuse my payout.

This Prop Firm is anything but transparent. I applied for my very first payout, 13.5K and like most others in here I was filled with bad excuses, and my payout was denied.
BUT at the same time, I received an email from Daniel - Talent Acquisition Specialist at TigerFunded. He writes to me by name and writes the following:

I wanted to reach out personally because we've been following your progress, and your recent results really stood out to us.

The way you've approached your trades, managed risk, and stayed consistent has been impressive — it's exactly the kind of mindset we want to highlight for other traders.

So, I was denied my payout and the 100K account I was supposed to receive as a thank you for my time I didn't receive either. The support came with even more poor excuses, where it was a mistake that I received that email from Daniel.....

BUT MY VIDEO IS STILL BEING USED AS ADVERTISING AND PROOF OF PAYOUT ON THEIR "REWARD" SECTION, EVEN THOUGH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PAYOUT OR THE 100K ACCOUNT.

Be aware....everything about this Prop Firm is purely SCAM.

This company is not transparent at all. There’s always some excuse when it comes to paying out, and the whole process feels manipulative. I’d warn others to proceed with caution.

Be careful with the overnight holding, althought they say is fine. Their spreads go wilde when market close and open, I almost breached account cause of that and lose a previous evaluation cause of that. They don`t tell you that, they said is no on their control, support itself said that, wich is not true, cause is the broker itself they use or is it even set by the same who runs it. Then regards to their free reset, I think they should give it when getting funded instead until reaching 1st payout. Besides reset itself is taking evaluation all over again not gaining back funded account. Altought I know a prop firm that gives you free reset once funded, Definately will go with that one, besides I took this cause of BOGO. The other prop firm offer same and now they are offering BOGO. Tiger Funded is a TOTAL SCAM – They Don’t Pay Traders

Tiger Funded is an absolute scam operation pretending to be a legitimate prop firm. Do NOT waste your time or money with them.

After completing the challenge and following all their so-called “rules,” I requested my payout — and they flat-out refused to pay. Their excuse? A bunch of meaningless copy-paste replies like “violation of T&C or IP discrepancy.” No proof, no details, no explanation. Just generic lies to avoid paying what’s owed.

When I pushed for answers, they kept hiding behind vague policies and offered me a refund instead of my actual profits — a clear sign of a fake prop firm that never intended to pay real traders.

Let’s be honest: no real company behaves like this. They lure traders in with promises of fair funding, take your challenge fee, and when it’s time to pay, they pull out the “security violation” excuse. Classic scam move.

Their support is rude, evasive, and dishonest. Every email feels like it’s written by a bot trained to avoid responsibility.

Tiger Funded should be exposed and reported for fraudulent business practices. If you value your time, effort, and integrity — STAY AWAY. There are many legitimate prop firms out there. This one is just a money trap.

I have been with Tiger Funded for 10 months. It has taken me a long time to pass the challenge and have been funded since May.
I have since had 2 payouts and now awaiting my third.

As promised…. My second payout included the fee I paid for the account AND my profit split from the challenge phase.
This did take a lot longer than was mentioned… but I got my payout and was transferred into my bank the same day!

You replied to my comment about the unprofessional staff on discord and that I shouldn’t ask perfectly justified questions about your accounts and about what your clients are saying about those said accounts, seriously, if tiger funded was a genuine and trustworthy prop firm they wouldn’t try and hide these questions by clients or prospective clients, I can see why tiger funded has a trust pilot score of 2.5 , what kind of answer is the one you gave me to the unprofessional behaviour of your company to tell me to keep my questions secret and out of view of other clients, sums up this firm perfectly.

i received a marketing ads in gmail today telling that their challenges are with no consistency rule...
i jumped to their website to be sure, but i found that they are lying to people to let them subscribe inconsciously...
be away, they are scammers!!! any company doing this is scammer always! they want you to pay them by error!

They are bunch of looters and are in the market for fraud and stealing people's money. I have passed my Phase 1 and 2. Once asked for payout then they come back with all the excuses that "The payout rejection could be due to reasons such as IP address discrepancies, or violation of our trading rules, T&C or other security measures. The payout verification process is handled by an external team, so we don't have the exact reason.

Absolute bullshit, completed a challenge but then was told I couldn't get a withdrawal as id breached some practice, which was nonsense as I'd kept in contact throught the month or so I was trading and the problem only arose after id requested a withdrawal!!

Absolutely shameful company will rip you off in a heartbeat!! Experience was some time August '24 ( it doesn't let you go back that far ) but i'd just written it off until they started bombarding me with marketing emails!
