Firstly, despite all the EU mentions and flags, the products are actually sent from Thailand, which is not in itself a problem, only they take six weeks to arrive. Secondly, although they say shipping is with DHL, it is actually the German post office, not the courier service. What this means is, at the recipient's end they will get delivered by the local postal service. My local postal service in a rural corner of Greece is as good as non-existent, and I had actually stated the address of my nearest DHL branch as delivery address, where I would normally pick up from myself. But now the parcel is languishing in some Greek postal depot, where I have to try and pick up from. Very disappointing on all counts.
