Tiffany's is a great hotel with great staff all very helpfull we have been a few times thus year and always value for money
We have been to Tiffany's this week I could not fault them .entertainment was great . They even accommodated the England football for us .. sometimes we had to wait for our meals so what they are really busy there is not only us on a break.. I also left one of my hearing aids on my bed by accident. When we left to go home I phoned them it had been found and they posted it yo me got it the next day thankyou ... keep up the good work ..
The hotel was a good place.but why should the owners of the hotel and the people staying their judging what you wear or how you dress.
tiffanys blackpool ok till mealtimes then the place turns into FAWLTY TOWERS no one knows what to do no system no supervision so you wait and wait to be served , while others coming in behind you are served , and you still wait eventually after 30 mins you get your starter, another 30 mins your main course etc etc eventually come to dessert , after 90 MINS complete shambles , breakfast is ok because its a buffet and you do all the work , we were there in the summer it was just the same then ,i thought they may have got themselves sorted by now MY MISTAKE, it was worse , never again
Our works reunion weekend was booked for 2021 but cancelled until 2022, I cannot go due to work commitments and used their website contact us form around 4 times before they decided to reply , they refuse to refund the deposit or at least some of it? Their email replies are rude from a lady who’s first name starts with K and ends in oula !!! Their customer service is appalling and their policies are unclear
DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Me and my fiancé stayed here last Saturday 10th September, we got held up in traffic on the M6 so didn’t arrive till gone 9:30pm we were staying in one of their ‘upgraded’ rooms with a four poster bed and double bath which had hair and fluff in, the bed was the worst I’d ever slept on, it felt like the springs were sticking in you, the window had chalky handprints all over it, plus for at least 2 or 3 years in the early hours of the morning whoever was sleeping in the room above us was moving around furniture and we couldn’t get to sleep.
Also when we came to eventually get served for a drink20 minutes later the bar lady put our drinks on the table by the rim of the glass with her bare hands - covid....
We explained this to the manager the next morning to which he was rude to us and said why did we not say anything at the time and it could of been cleaned!!!! Even tho I had to sign a second piece of paper which was all to do with covid.
Customer service was an absolute joke.
I would not stay here again if you paid me.
