Great prices, bad communication

I ordered 20 boxes of cat-litter and got an order confirmation and then nothing. No shipping info. After five days I wrote to the shop, but got no answer. After 7 days I was in a panic (reading the reviews here), but on the same day my cat litter arrived. Four of the boxes were damaged but salvageable. The shop never got back to me on my three emails, so the communication could be better (actually it couldn't be worse), but I got the litter 30 percent cheaper than anywhere else on the web and it was delivered from Germany to Denmark in 7 days. I will be ordering from Tierwelt Kaufhaus again. Next time without the panic:)
