I have no idea what has changed in the last year in this shop, but something has changed. Impossible to communicate with the seller, he does not reply to e-mails, he says he does not speak English so I ask to a German friend, to call him; he answered he's on vacation and does not want to solve the problem. The day before he told he was driving and he was not in the shop, then he told he's in the shop only 2 days a week, so my friend phoned one of that days and he answered he's on vacation...I think he's a liar and dishonest person. I paid for a certain amount of cat's claw and received only half of the total amount. Now I'm trying to get back my money from paypal.
