Tiensol.com / AVOID this nightmare website!

Tiensol.com

Be warned!!!!

They are advertising solar panels and solar equipment goods they do not possess!
*They cannot be easily contacted, they use a disposable whatsApp tel number mostly with robot answering, they do not reply to emails, and there is no actual physical business location address!

The address they display on their webpage is the office of a debt collection business in seville!
They are very elusive, refused to give us their physical office work location, leading us to believe Tiensol is just a one man band, “drop shipping” set up with a website!
They do not easily reply to emails!

*I placed order for solar panels and other equipment, but they never replied to my pre-order emails,
I sent a checklist to them before i placed the ordered to confirm all was ok.

i was trying to confirm they had in stock what i was ordering! but I received no reply to my emails and questions

I was suspicious, but i anyway decided to order and pay!

*Then after they got my money, 668.88 € i received a email reply, they informed me the solar panels i payed for are out of stock! Yeh!!! So now they got my money, they had no technicaly suitable other panels that matched my tech design specs for my installation,

i demanded a refund, i demanded to know why they advertise solar panels they do not have? But still accepting payment for them?
They started playing the victim and accusing me of being rude, yes, they destroyed my plans!
It was no mistake, it was a SCAM!
They got my money, and ive still not received a refund! Now they claiming victim status, and trying to disappear, im left with no refund as of yet, no information on when or if i will get refund!
Yes, im angry! suspicious of this online solar website, tiensol.com

*i checked back and They are still advertising the same panels for sale they claim are out of stock!
So others can fall victim!

*Beware of this website! Absolutely be warned !

I have contacted fraud dept my bank.
I have still not received refund!
