Frustrating experience

Placed order on 10/5 and after me sending numerous emails after not receiving order after 2 weeks I did not receive a reply.

30/5 I receive a 'order cancelled' email and a refund.
Just a waste of time and no communication, so frustrating as could have ordered elsewhere if they just refunded straight away and told me they do not have the handle...
