I wish I had read the reviews before booking with them. They were supposed to arrive 8am, she texted me exactly at 8am saying she will be late and will arrive at 9pm. Once they got there, he told me that the walls and ceilings are not included in quote. What kind of end of Lease bond cleaning they do that walls and blinds are not included. And then he charged me 50$ extra for carpet on stairs. And 50$ extra to clean the toilet in laundry area. After they left I noticed that they didn't even clean laundry sink and there was Cobwebs behind toliet door. The house didn't smelt like they used anything to clean apart from water. Waste of 720$

If I could give this company no stars I would. Booked these “cleaners” if you can even call them that in for a bond clean and after reading all these reviews I am embarrassed that I didn’t realise that this would prove to be a terrible decision. They turned up to do my house for a bond clean & straight away asked for extra money to clean the walls and microwave. Bit strange but anyway, I was extremely busy and so reluctantly agreed and paid the extra $350! On top of the $740 I had already paid. My partner came to pick up some stuff from the house around 4pm and said it looked like they hadn’t made a dent. Just sitting around chatting! We came back a few hours later to inspect and ended up cleaning our selves for 3 hours. The extra they charged the “wall cleaning” was a scam as they hadn’t even cleaned any of the walls. They hadn’t even touched behind the windows, the screens were filthy. Absolutely disgusting. Of course when our house was inspected it failed. I told the cleaners to come back and finish the job but after learning the house needed an ENTIRE new bond clean, I decided against it because I had 1 day to get this done prior to new tenants and I had lost COMPLETE trust for these so called cleaners. Worst experience I have ever had, I hope this reaches who it needs to PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THESE CLEANERS! You will be left feeling like a fool and down $700 because you will need a new bond clean!

Excellent communication from start to finish. They gave me a heads-up text when they were ten minutes away, which I really appreciated. The repair was done fast, and the technician was incredibly polite and helpful throughout the process.

Highly recommend this team for any drain issues. My kitchen sink was completely backed up, but they cleared it in no time. They were very polite, wore shoe covers, and didn't leave a single drop of mess.

Cleaners are unreliable, turn up hours late or don't turn up at all. Communication from the team is terrible if you can even get hold of them. Cleaner that turned up did damage to stove and oven and did not complete any other cleaning tasks for an end of lease clean. Steam cleaned a carpet without vacuuming first causing additional work needed to rectify.

Do not trust this company, it will cost you more in time and recleaning than it is worth.

Absolutely do not give them your money.
