I placed an order on 4th January, l received an email saying they received my order. THEN NOTHING I have emailed them 6 times and no reply.

I ordered and paid for something on 31st December 2020 and have sent 6 emails with no response is it a scam?

I ordered on November 27, and have not had any updates on my order. The social media links on my order page go nowhere, and the contact email does not work. I have attempted to contact them several times. Do not do business with this company.

Ordered 4 weeks ago -had nothing tried emailing no reply, noticed the "customer service"email address had changed so tried again, still nothing

This company is criminal. I ordered two jackets at the end of December but nothing shipped. Money gone out my bank. This is fraud! I have emailed several times but to know avail. Facebook should stop allowing fraudulent companies from advertising !!!

Ordered a few weeks ago and hasnt been shipped. Also had a fraudulent charge on my card today. For $552!!! They're the only sketchy ones I've ever given my banking info to,

I ordered 2 items two weeks ago and still not shipped. Company does not reply to emails and does not respond on my demand for a refund. It is a scam. Clicked to their website through a facebook add.

I ordered in December does not reply to emails paid with paypal trying to get money back through them

Put 2 orders on this side Tidefix - the 5/12 and the 7/12 - send already several e-mails with no response - my money is gone - one time 30€ and the other one 36€ - can someone help me how to get my money back ? I have used 2 different e-mail adresses ... 😡😡😡

I ordered a jacket and shirt 10 days ago. Still hasn't been shipped out. Sent several emails and no reply. Said it's supposed to be shipped out in 2-3 days! Do not order from tidefix! Ur basically giving money away if u do

Ordered a coat 28 November and still not shipped its 13 jan 2021 now tryed emailing them no answer and they got a few names for this site other name is NONIGHT dot com & BROWNCOOL dot com its a scam been reported to Action Fraud hope they get what they deserve scum thats all i can say KEEP AWAY FAKE

This site is a total scam. I placed and order on the 24th Dec. Still recieved nothing. Iv emailed , Facebook messaged them and no reply. DO NOT waste your money on the site

I placed an order almost 2 weeks ago and it still hasn't been shipped. They don't reply to emails. I don't know how to get my money back but I will find a way. Don't buy from them. It's a scam.
