Awful decision to use their business…

Awful decision to use their business banking. Signed up and registered my business through Tide, which was fairly painless but since then I have been completely unable to use my virtual card to make any payments for the services I desperately need to make to run my business. Customer service is so slow and no one can answer your question, you end up being passed around various people.

I deposited cash money post office…

I deposited cash money post office yesterday upon till now not had any update they have mentioned it has successfully applied on my account but it’s not showing the balance being updated as they have issue apparently lot of customers are affected by this service issue etc.

They push it to sell when opening a…

They push it to sell when opening a company; however, they don't offer any contact or phone line when there is an issue or when you need to talk to someone. I totally regret creating a bank account with them, and I will be closing it soon.
