Starting your own business is complicated enough so what you need is a bank that makes things simple and straightforward like Tide. In a few clicks I was ready to go, got really helpful advice from their friendly customer service team, added a savings account and sourced my first company credit card. On top of that you can connect to your Xero accounting system and keep on top of all your transactions. Tide is simply the best!

I had a very positive experience, as Ashish was extremely understanding and helpful, and I truly appreciate the support provided.
Great when things are going well as soon as there is any issue they will pause your account for days, paid over £30 per month plus fees for everything and they want another £12 more a month just to talk to a real person the live chat is useless as is email. It takes over 24/36 hours to get a response if customer ever quiries a payment or is unhappy right or wrong they will pause your a account for days no payments in or out and 24/36 hours just to respond. Be aware most of these reviews are bots. I know personally 15 other businesses that had the same poor service and have all since gone elsewhere. Like i said all good if you want to pay £80-100 for a basic account + fees and when things go wrong ( And they will from time to time ) they will hang you out to dry. Be warned this by a real person not a BOT to keep the score over 4.4.

Absolutely shocking lack of service all round and if you like speaking to people based In india who cannot understand English and spend hours upon hours on messages and calls then this maybe be the bank for you oh they are not a bank see more google notes about this tide- dreadful all round
