Your swiftness in responding to the challenges of the customers. Initially, I was skeptical about your genuineness but the way you responded to my emails really made me settled. I will always recommend Ticombo to my friends and love ones.
Everything went very smoothly and did not encounter any issues even though the ticket came few days to the game
The tickets are real with nice staff to support you
I had a very positive experience with Ticombo. The issue with ticket delivery was on my side, but their support team handled the situation quickly and professionally. They communicated clearly, found a solution for the buyer, and ensured that the order was resolved without any penalty for me.
I really appreciated how fast they reacted and how seriously they take customer experience. It shows they care about both buyers and sellers on their platform.
Overall, a reliable service with responsive support. I would recommend Ticombo for ticket transactions.

I tried to buy two French Open tickets. I used a Visa card. The processing got to 99% and then "timed out"
I tried again and the same thing happened. "timed out" at 99% completion.
I used a different credit card and the order went through just fine.
I now find myself unexpectedly with two pairs of tickets for the same event, purchased 4 minutes apart. The Ticombo agents were not particularly helpful. I was charged for four tickets.
4/1/26. After several requests to Ticombo they agreed to cancel the errant order. It took about 4 email requests but finally they saw things my way and agreed to cancel the order. Kudos to them. It took a little persistence but they finally realized, I think, that it was their computer error. All is well that ends well.
There were people in our seats and they did move when we asked. I reached out about a refund but was sent a generic email in return
Easy to navigate, tickets came through quick enough…Tickets were a decent price but when you add on the booking fees, makes it a bit more expensive…
Ordered tickets on day of Match (Czech v ireland)emailed to me a few minutes later.no issues whatsoever.price was high but so was demand
On this platform, I purchased tickets for the Olympics in Milan. The platform also offered the option to buy buyer protection in case of any issues, which I also paid for. Unfortunately, a problem occurred, and I have been communicating with Ticombo for more than two months now. Each time they reply that they will send the money, but I still have not received anything.
Very straightforward process and good communication. Happy to use again and to recommend.
Ticombo resolved the ticket scenario, great service, they went out of their way, over and above to solve the below situation! Thank you 🙏
Avoid at all costs! I’m writing this from Prague, where I travelled with my family for the Ireland vs Czech Republic match, and we still don’t have our tickets.
I spent around £1,000 on 4 tickets through Ticombo, plus flights and accommodation. With less than 24 hours before kickoff, there has been no ticket delivery and no clear update from the seller, Ticombo are a disaster and nothing more than a messenger service!
What’s worse is that Ticombo’s customer service has been completely unhelpful, they cannot confirm if or when the tickets will arrive. Meanwhile, other fans have already received theirs, which makes this even more frustrating.
Ticombo promotes that sellers have valid tickets available, but in my case this clearly wasn’t true. I made significant financial commitments based on that trust, and now I’m left in limbo with my family.
This is incredibly stressful and disappointing. A service like this should guarantee ticket availability or at the very least provide clear, proactive communication.
At this point, I cannot recommend Ticombo to anyone. Use at your own risk.
I bought 4 tickets for the Arsenal match that was played on March 14th; I was forced to give my personal information to an unknown seller, even though I refused to do so, but they threatened not to give me the tickets and to make me lose my money, so I felt forced to give my personal information to this seller.
Firstly, they said he was a trusted salesman with over 1000 successful sales; Then I was told that this seller had 200 successful sales, but his profile said he didn't even have 40 sales.
From the very first minute, they didn't stop lying, so I filed a complaint against them for not respecting my privacy and for defrauding me of 2,000 pounds, since the tickets never worked.
According to what I was told at the Arsenal club, the links were fake, and the tickets weren't real either. They explained to me that at each match MORE THAN 100 PEOPLE ARRIVE WITH FAKE TICKETS FROM THIS PLATFORM.
I received a letter from the club, explaining that the tickets were invalid and that this platform is not an official Arsenal ticketing company, making it clear that they are scammers.
But the platform refused to refund my money and give me the seller's details so I could file a complaint. So I've had to claim my money back through my bank and we're trying to recover it, but they tell me at my bank that this process can take up to 90 days.
Never buy your tickets here, or you'll find yourself on the street without seeing the game and without any money; They are scammers, using fake seller accounts to steal your money.
Easy to use process and instant mobile tickets.
Overall great experience as at first we were a bit sceptical buying from a reseller however after reading reviews (which were good) we bought tickets and couldn’t be anymore happy with it. Our seller even gave us tips on everything we needed from how to get to the stadium ect. Highly recommend, just make sure to read reviews first
I used 3 different sites for 3 games and this site was smooth, quick and best value. Seller was interactive and responsive. Tickets arrived weeks before game not less than 24 hours before game. Even giving advice on transportation to the game. Will definitely
