Extremely disappointed about the…
Extremely disappointed about the referral system.
I thought the concept was really great but was told that the referrals were never invested but I could withdraw my referral credits after 90 days. Therefore I could reinvest.
I set a reminder for 90 days and I request a withdrawal.
I was then told that unfortunately that this was invalid and they've cancelled all my credit.
I'm shocked and appalled that I had already discussed this with a member of their team and to then have it all cleared with no warning is disgraceful.

The best onboarding journey for any investment platform I’ve ever used. I felt so welcomed and was excited to use the app. I like the way they show the funds and what they invest in, and I like the investing information they send out to help you get started using the platform.
