It has been seven months since my family and I booked a flight from Sorong to Jakarta through tickets.ee . The flight was canceled by the airline but tickets.ee refuses to pay back our tickets. It's an absolute scam! We're scammed out of 1600 euros. DO NOT BOOK tickets at tickets.ee.

I booked tickets for Malaysia Airlines with tickets.ee, which is a web travel agency operated by the Estonian company Tickets Estonia. I paid for the tickets with a credit card issued by an Estonian bank. For context, this is a credit card that has NEVER had any issues whatsoever with whatever other service provider, and the transaction was verified by Smart ID, which is an electronic authentication tool widely used in Estonia to securely log in to various electronic services and sign documents with an electronic signature. Yet, the Estonian company operating the website tickets.ee, when accepting a Smart ID verified payment, sent in this context a ridiculous message that (allegedly) "During your payment for the flight ticket our automatic anti-fraud-control system has detected high risk transaction" and simply blocked the price for the tickets on my credit card account without issuing any confirmation whatsoever. Following that, tickets.ee failed to issue a booking confirmation for almost two days and further failed to respond to my inquiries. With the departure time approaching swiftly, I did not even know whether I would get the tickets I had paid for. This culminated in tickets.ee issuing the booking confirmation JUST HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED FLIGHT DEPARTURE. Overall, the customer experience I have had with tickets.ee is extremely frustrating, and, accordingly, I would not recommend this travel agency to anyone.

In April 2022 I bought a ticket for 500€ to Cyprus. Just the next day I had to change my route urgently because of volunteer assistance to my friend in Ukraine. The return was confirmed straight away, but for 200€.
Almost one years has past and I haven’t received anything except the emails “sorry, we will contact you with the updates.”

I hereby request to refund the money you charged for the booking #4K114PPJ.
The trip was planned to Tallinn from France with 3 flights with 2 transits. The first flight was a easyjet and they had cancelled the flight suddenly and hence I could not not start the trip.
I was not informed by any emails or calls about the cancellation, and I got to know about the cancellation only at the checkin counter. Tickets.ee staff was also unaware of the cancellation until I call them. Even after my 5th call, they kept saying the flight was not cancelled. Because Of this, I missed the entire journey and tickets.ee staff was not capable of arranging me another plan. I had to manage my journey on my own with extra time and money. My journey to Tallinn was very important and it costs more than money. Tickets.ee call center agent Julia, asked me to catch the second flight some how from Poland, and if I can run that fast, why would I book a flight? I missed the next two flights also because of the sudden cancellation of the fist flight.
Atleast if you have informed me about the cancellation, I could have arranged another way ti manage this trip. I kindly request to be genuine in your business and refund my money which you robbed. Also I would like to convey that if in case you fail to address this issue, I will have to publish Julia’s stupid call and your irresponsible behavior in effective media.
Also since you said that you couldn’t see any cancellation on your systems, I kindly ask you to get it check it with the easyjet airline, and also please check the google response below. I purchased the ticket from by paying you and hence you cannot ask me to talk to the airline and request refunds for the same. You took my money and issues me the ticket, I bought the ticket with the trust towards tickets.ee and therefore I kindly request you to act professionally and do the needful. You can solve your problems with your business partners internally in a separate channel. It’s not my duty to talk to them on behalf of you as Julia and other agents said.

I booked a ticket, got to the airport, checked in, but was on the queue when I realised that due to the unusual long queue I might not meet up. I reached out to the ticket.ee through whom I booked the ticket, but there was not response. I missed the flight before I could get in touch with their staff. While booking for the ticket I paid for the option to get a refund. So when I contacted the staff he told me to ask for a refund, I processed the refund, but it was rejected. I was later asked to change flight date, I did that, but it was rejected again. I was told I would not get a refund and I also will not be allowed to change the date, so I forfeited the money. This is quite dissatisfying. The ticket no is GF8KG9GI

I am NOT recommend use this service to buy tickets. When fly company cancel my trip, tickets.ee don't return my money. They said this is not their problem. Do not use in future !!!

Prior to the pandemic last year, we purchased flights to Italy through Ticket.ee. Once the pandemic hit, we understood there would be a wait. After countless phone calls, emails, refund requests, they still have not refunded our flights. Its getting close to 2 years now and have nearly given up. Never ever use this site - that is my only advice.

There isn’t a worse tickets provider out there.
Most third party services I’ve used will book the tickets with the email address you provide. That way you have the option to check yourself in and see your flight info/change luggage. They don’t do this.
As I couldn’t modify my own booking, they charged me an extra 156 euro for luggage that was never booked. Because of this we received a fee at the boarding gate.
I’ve had to call them over 4 times to try and secure the extra hand luggage. Most say “we’ll be in touch” but they don’t provide any real follow up. Meaning you have to call again. One actually said we need extra money so once I payed the surcharge it seems as if they just pocketed the money. Out of the 3 flights that we needed the extra luggage, not 1 was booked.
Am now trying to go back and forth with them so they would refund the money to us and cover the fees at the airport. Awful experience, do not recommend.
My dad made a booking with tickets ee and bought a suitcase. Then he found out that the suitcase was not added due to a “technical error”. He was told by tickets ee to pay for the luggage at the airport and send the receipts. He did that but now tickets ee is not returning the money.
It’s a scam website that you should avoid. I’m sorry for people like my sad who won’t see this review and will continue to be conned by them.

It's sh!t. They keep adding fees on every page even if you don't select any extra services. Also the website translation seems to be done by a donkey.
I have never written a poor review before, but I feel that I have to express my opinion at this point, because I hope it will stop someone in the future from using this page.
I booked return tickets for my parents as a gift. I'm not sure how I ended up on tickets.ee, but somehow I got the tickets through their website. I checked the rating for tickets.ee prior to me booking on their Facebook page. I made a mistake of not looking deeper into customer reviews, because they were mostly fake. And believe me this one is not.
Here's what happened :
1) When purchasing the tickets and wanting to pay with credit card as I always do, the fee for that was insane. Higher than on any other website for paying with a card.
2) I added luggage to the booking. After paying for it, I found out that I have added luggage only for one way of the flights. I contacted customer support through the chat to ask how to add luggage for both ways. It was impossible to find an option such as that within the website. After writing to the support, I get an invoice on my email for 958 EUR. So again I was writing to the extremely slow customer support. They told me "it's probably a mistake" and changed the invoice. In the end I paid over 70 EUR to add the luggage.
3) After adding luggage, they sent me a ridiculous pdf with almost no info on it on my email. Also the added luggage showed up nowhere on their website, under my booking. I contacted the support yet again. No one picked up the phone. All I heard was something in Russian which I did not understand, while calling. I wrote again in the chat asking for a more legitimate document for the added luggage to not run into problems later in the airport. Then they told me to my surprise, absolutely randomly, that one of the passengers has his first and last name switched. i was very surprised, because how can this happen to only one passenger out of two and I am sure I double checked before purchasing the tickets. I called the airline and asked if this will be an issue. I didn't get any answer. Tickets.ee told me I have to file a request to have the first and last name switched and they cannot tell me if this is possible to be done, how long will it take from their end and how much would something like this cost, if anything. I changed the names already within their system but apparently that didn't matter. So I filed this request and got a response shortly after that I need to pay another extra 40EUR for the switch. On the airline's webpage it was written that mixups like this can be fixed with 20 EUR, so yet another great way to earn money for tickets.ee. When looking through the reviews on their Facebook page, I saw that the last and first name "issue" is occurring often. Bravo.
I spent several hours trying to fix these booking issues. Save yourself and just book the flights directly on the airline's webpage.
WORST BOOKING EXPERIENCE EVER AND WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT! DONT BOOK WITH THESE IDIOTS. One of the payment methods is by paying through a bank transfer. I paid using SEB and I had a receipt of the bank transaction. Tickets.ee asked me to send them a PDF copy of the receipt to avoid cancellation of my ticket. I did TWICE. I got the same automated message. And funny enough as soon as my ticket was cancelled (yes after paying) I can no longer open chat, Skype calls no long work and no one answers my emails.......SCAM!!!!! I was previously told in these situations I am meant to wait 5-10 business days for a refund by someone in chat (that was before my ticket was cancelled) but how am I meant to trust them with that since they havent contacted me AT ALL and THEY LIED ABOUT THE PAYMENT PROCESS. Super mad! STAY CLEAR AND DO NOT USE
Genuinely the example I use when talking about the most frustrating e-transaction experience of my life.
I was trying to book the most basic option possible - a flight from Bangkok to Heathrow, with no layovers, no added luggage and no extras.
After 3 days, two dozen phone calls, 19 emails, 6 different bookings, and 5 different payment cards (two of which my bank blocked because this company processed the transaction so badly) I gave up and booked the flight direct at a price increase of 20% due to booking later (TicketsEE's fault) and two days later than planed (again T-EE's fault).
Tickets.EE blocked my cards to protect me from fraud even after my bank happily released the funds leaving the funds in limbo, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!!
I called my banks and told them 100% it was me and I wanted these tickets and still TEE blocked my funds, I called TEE to tell them I wanted these tickets and still they blocked my funds. Nothing would prevent them blocking the purchase.
Eventually TEE said if I sent them pictures of the cards they would unblock the transaction but then said the card was too worn so I'd have to get a new card from my bank and send them a picture of those cards (wait a week for new card and still get rejected). At this point I said that was ridiculous and TEE gave me the alternative of giving them copies of enough identity documents they could easily defraud me and this is when I gave up.
Also worth mentioning that their Facebook page has 100 reviews with 90% of the review split half and half between 5 star and 1 star and after reading the positive reviews it looks as if those customer had zero contact with Tickets.EE's terrible, terrible, god awful customer service.
This is an Estonian company and even my Estonian GF couldn't get a word of sense out of them. Avoid unless you want a 3 day headache.
