If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would. My elderly parents and I were due to visit Beyond Van Gogh in Aberdeen last Monday but sadly my 80 year old mum was taken into hospital the day before with heart and respiratory illness.

I planned to give the tickets to friends but having read the small print that ticket dates could be transferred in exceptional circumstances and thinking my mum might get better , I asked if I could change dates,

Seven days and two prompts later they finally deigned to reply telling me to read the terms and conditions (which I had, not sure they had)and that I was out of luck.

My mum passed away in the interim so their belated computer generated response was really appreciated as you can imagine.

Never again.

Super-Fast Response

I received an immediate reply to my enquiry concerning e-tickets for an Exhibition my wife and I were to attend the next day. Everything was sorted satisfactorily within minutes. Top marks to the Customer Service Team. They truly show up the lacklustre response dished out by other organisations.

Communication

All emails have been answered very promptly but my first query was left unresolved - putting the onus on me to remember to sort it nearer the time of the performance, which I did and has now been resolved very quickly indeed

Outstanding, efficient, fast Customer Service

My queries were literally answered immediately. I emailed a few times and the response came straight back. Everything was clarified for me to my full satisfaction. I can’t rate the customer service highly enough. Thank you very much! Highly recommended.

Contacted as was unable to use greatickets…

Contacted as was unable to use tickets due to illness so contacted them to see if could gift them to someone else to use.Contacted me back with in the hour with the answer.Impressed with the efficiency and politeness.Would recommend them to anyone.

Fast efficient service

I messed up and put an incorrect email address on my order. As I result my e-tickets did not arrive. I contacted customer services by email on a Sunday and by mid morning the next working day it was all sorted. Could not ask for better.

Excellent service

Excellent service! The date changed for the show I booked and the tickets were automatically transferred over to the new date. Prompt reply to my query and quickly resolved, making it stress free for me! Many thanks 😁

Not happy

I booked 4 rather expensive tickets in February for an event on July 12. The confirmation promised the tickets would be sent 7 days before the event. When nothing arrived, I contacted the customer service, as advised. They responded fast - but only told me the tickets would be sent within the next 24 to 48 hours. In the end, they were only sent on Thursday afternoon, not even two days before the event. Which sounds more than a bit disorganised to me.
