Tickets were purchased fraudulently on…2/25/2026

Tickets were purchased fraudulently on my debit card. When the bank contacted Ticketon (twice) they refuted the claim saying the tickets had actually been purchased tickets by the card holder. When I called the company directly to ask for help finding a solution the customer service agent said: Good luck with that and hung up. When I called back, and asked for a manager, he hung up again. The phone tree is difficult to navigate.

Deceitful company

Deceitful company. I purchased the protection plan for my tickets and my reason for canceling was covered in there terms but they refuse to issue a refund.
