Absolutely no problem entering the event, tickets came right up got scanned and we were on our way ! Could not ask for a better transaction, keep up the amazing work !

Everything was great as I had hoped looked the digital ticket passes

Paid $60 for Chuck a puck and was not allowed to throw the pucks on the ice.
Security stopped us from getting close enough to throw them.
Was a waste of $60

The Wizard of Oz was a costly experience, overall enjoyable. But being a filmmaker myself I had some problems with the applied AI visuals, what mostly worked in the foreground but faces often overdone/oversharpened did not so well work with background faces. After all the source material is analogue and very old, so I can see waht they tried and sometimes succeeded but the details not so much. The Sphere was amazing as always and the practical effects made my 12 year old son smile and that was the main point of the visit. Would I go again, yes but not for a such old reworked film-classic, I think todays possibilities has reached it's limits with the Wizard of Oz!

Notification about the event were very good. The concert venue was very well staffed and the concert was a great experience.

Great concert, ticketmaster is a monopoly that charges fifty dollars for parking and like a hundred bucks for a ticket though so uhhh yeah lower your prices.

Ticket master reminded me about all updates about the event.Along with giving tips like adding to wallet before concert started.There was no problems day of when using it either.

Our seats were relocated. We were notified by email a day before we flew out, however that email was never seen because it went to spam! We walked and walked looking for our seats, asking for help and being told to go this way or that way when finally one worker looked at the map and said we were relocated. I know we were given cheaper seats then what I purchased, I was livid. I'm disappointed how this was handled. New tickets should have been sent or a phone call.

The concert ticket was $50 but there were about $31 in fees!! Absolutely ridiculous to charge that much in "fees".

Ticketmaster Still will not completely ADD to my iphone Apple Wallet. They say its Apple and Apple says its them. No Apple ID or Ticketmaster ID has every changed. No iCloud being used. etc. etc.

But other than that and waiting on Cell reception to open Ticketmaster in a Browser we are all good.

Thank you for asking me to share. I enjoyed myself. The venue was clean and hospitality great. Security was of the utmost. I will definitely visit again.

Very easy to choose a date, time and pay for tickets on the Ticketmaster site. Also, very easy to retrieve tickets at show time, even for seniors! Good experience..thanks!

This is our first time seeing this show,
we were impressed and entertained.
We absolutely loved Hairball and had an amazing time.

I wished they could’ve done more Queen songs. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend this show.

The cost of parking is always increased; price gouging occurs when there's an African American event. Tamela and David Mann should have performed a skit as Mr. Brown and Cora. Would have preferred a local gospel comedian instead of the Mann's son trying to be a DJ @ the beginning of the show. Not a fan of Shaunie and Deion/Keion Henderson. Was expecting one-two of Tamela's latest gospel songs.

Angry that we were not able to go directly to the Michigan Theater to purchase advance tickets without the exorbitant fees.

Everything was fine until they dropped prices on tickets, to the point that we paid 50% more for tickets than people around us and IN FRONT of us. I didn't realize the difference until the day of the concert. Ticketmaster basically tells me tough sh*t, take it up with the event organizer at the venue. There should be laws against this fraudulent practice.
