Ghost customer service
Ticketmaster has no phone number, no live chat and the application has glitches. Unfortunately no way to avoid them to get tickets. The foundations of "customer service" are not there.

Scamming people with seats almost behind the stage
The Coldplay show was amazing but we missed seeing the show as we couldn’t see the stage .I can’t believe they sold tickets section 33 and 32 having a screen literally almost behind the stage so can’t see the stage and just look at the panel with a small screen!!! What a scam …they’d shouldn’t be allowed to sell such seats and the price was not cheap.
Don’t ever buy seats from that sections if you ever go to a concert in zayed stadium in Abu Dhabi

Pure SCAM!!!
Pure SCAM!!!
I bought 3 tickets for UFC 308 and paid everything. After my money was paid I got the message that there was an error and I won’t get my tickets. The money is gone and no tickets.
Support said I will receive my money back 😂
So I’ve to pay directly for something I would never get but you can take your time for refund me? Scam company, hope your company will fall as fast as it is

Incompetent communication
The time of the Tom Segura concert was changed by bringing it forward by 2 hours, and didn't bother to communicate this. I got an email on the day saying they had changed my seat, but no mention whatsoever of the time changing.
I spoke to others who were leaving as I arrived who said they had booked tickets that week and the updated time was on their tickets. So they already knew.
In short
Ticketmaster's lack of communication regarding the time change was a significant failure. As a result, I missed out on seeing a comedian I had eagerly anticipated for a long time. This experience has left me deeply disappointed.
They then hide behind their Ts&Cs which says they will make 'reasonable efforts' to tell me if something changes. So they cant even follow their own Ts&Cs.
An embarrassment to the UAE.
