Sent 10+ emails in order to get refund. Useless... Ended up with no concert & no money.

Every time, at the very end of the purchase process, this Website just adds a Bigger and Bigger Service fee to the Tickets. Why don't you simply add them to the price upfront? Be transparent.
Abysmal service. I insured my tickets for Rammstein in Lisbon in June. I claimed because my husband was very ill (and then died) I sent all the proof as requested…medical assessment, death certificate etc. the amount of €170 was agreed to be refunded to me…I provided my bank details and have heard nothing despite sending reminders. You have held my money for over 1 year and I would like it back please! Otherwise what is the point of insurance? Or are you just a scam cowboy outfit?
