They are scammers
They are scammers, for someone who didn't verify the entries to park geull costs before buying they charged me 30 additional Euros!
While I understand they are providing the service and take fees as company but a 49euros tickets to 79euros is stealing people.
Almost all their reviews are fake I would say, they bought the family and village around them to get good reviews.
I will make sure to share this very bad experience around me.

Easy to Book
It was fairly easy to navigate the site and good deal. Booking the tour is simple, easy, exactly the type of tourwhat we’re looking. When we got there, there’s still a line up but still better than if we were to book the tickets when we got there. Pre booking definitely helps.

Absolute scam - avoid
Absolute scam. I purchased tickets for the Parc Guell in Barcelona thinking it was an official retailer. It is not - there is a price hike of €20 between the official tickets and the tickets sold by Ticket Go for no reason at all. Their support team mentioned that the difference is used to cover “commissions” as they are a 3rd party, in other words the customers pay extra for no extra services at all, I believe we pay for their salaries. Also once you pay you do not get the tickets straight away, at time of writing I have yet to receive them. Avoid and book on official websites

Do not trust! Booking was different on ticket than reservation by 45 minutes. As a result could not go up leaning tower. They said they would allow change in time for tickets directly booked. Book directly and not with this company which does not offer what is promised!
