The website was confusing and I was…
The website was confusing and I was unable to successfully get tickets, either via my printer (pdf copies) or my mobile phone. I was able to phone the box office though and they printed the tickets for me...which meant of course that I had to go into Nottingham and collect them. They were ready for me when I arrived and we are now looking forward to the event.

A family member used the app to buy…
A family member used the app to buy tickets to send to us. This feature doesn't work on Android, so the tickets are unusable. The links don't work in a web browser, it just tells you to download the app.
This is very basic stuff. If you force people to the app, it kinda has to work.
I'm now basically running tech support between two family members who are trying to work this out and I don't seem to be on payroll for this company.

Our app is available for both Android and iPhone users. Depending on the delivery method you've selected and the event you're attending, your tickets may not become available until closer to the event date.
If you selected E-Ticket delivery, your tickets would have been sent to your email, so downloading the app wouldn't have been necessary. However, we do recommend having the app installed if you'd like to review your order, manage your tickets, or update your personal details.

Purchasing my tickets was easy snd straightforward. The website gave a seating plan with available seating and provided details of cost . All you had to do was choose your seat/s, place in the basket and pay. Simples!

No response or way to contact, tickets still haven't arrived
Square Enix orchestra tickets booked last year, event is in 5 days, travelling to London to see it.
No tickets in the OVO app or the Axs app no response from Zen desk (the only way to contact apparently)
