My ticket didn't get dismissed matter of fact I had to pay y'all and y'all sent me court paper work but did t tell me I had to pay the full amount of my ticket what was the point of using y'all..I ended up paying my ticket myself and gave y'all $100 for nothing..and in the paper work y'all stated you my not get a ticket dismissed..this company didn't make no sense too me..waste of money I almost had a warrant messing with y'all..no wonder why y'all say turn In the paperwork a week before due date because if you don't read it good you can get a warrant messi g with y'all .

NOT TOO IMPRESSED. I WAS INITIALLY TOLD $169 FOR RED LIGHT CAMERA. THEN I WAS CHARGED $199. WHEN CONTACTED, THEY SAID I DID NOT APPLY PROMO CODE. BUT, NO WORRIES, WE'LL DO IT FOR YOU AND REFUND $30 BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. I ATTEMPTED TO COMPLETE THE QUESTIONAIRE BUT COULD NOT VIEW QUESTIONS, ONLY THE CHOICES OFFERED FOR ANSWERS. THEN, SUDDENLY, THE QUESTIONAIRE COMPLETED ITSELF AND WAS UNDER REVIEW. WHEN I SAW THE SUPPORT EMAIL OFFERING THE "COMPLETED PRODUCT" WAS READY TO DOWNLOAD, I DID NOT DOWNLOAD, I EMAILED INFO@TICKETBUST TO SET THINGS STRAIGHT. THEY OFFERED TO RESET THE QUESTIONAIRE SO I COULD ANSWER IT MYSELF. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN AT ALL. I REOPENED THEIR SITE AND SAW THAT MY QUESTIONAIRE WAS THERE, COMPLETED AND I WAS UNABLE TO EDIT OR MODIFY MY ANSWERS. SO THEY'RE TWO FOR TWO WITH ME. I'M AWAITING THEIR NEXT MOVE. I WILL NOT ACCEPT THE PRODUCT THEIR SOFTWARE CREATED BASED ON A SURVEY I DID NOT COMPLETE. REFUND. FULL REFUND.

Ticketbust was awesome! I got a speeding ticket and was super stressed out because it was out of county and i just had a baby and couldnt make it to court.
