Scamming theives

Worst Customer Service- They took my money

This company has the worst customer service I have been trying for months to get a refund on my Rolling Loud tickets and no one will respond to me. I have sent countless emails and searched the Internet for any contact number.

I bought refund protection on 2 tickets and had a valid claim only to be told it didn't rollover when the event was delayed (i was never informed of this or given a chance to repurchase). I have been told by the ticket insurance to contact Ticket Arena and for months no one will respond to me. I am out £100s. Not even an acknowledgement, its disgraceful. My order number is 9780691.

Brought tickets to steps for my daughters birthday was cancelled no refund not even had one email replied ti I brought tickets in august so now got to take it up with legal team as £96 is a lot to lose would never use or recommend to anyone

Did not receive my money back

Did not receive my cashless refund a month and a half after.
Got a response from their customer service that the money will be in my bank account in 5-10 business days. 15 days past I contacted them 2nd time and got exact same response. Now from time to time getting emails- that my refund is in process that they assure it will be processed soon. However still did not receive anything - month and a half after.

Bought tickets to Exit festival which…

Bought tickets to Exit festival which was cancelled due to covid. Undertook the option to transfer my ticket to this year. Confirmed with festicket/ticket arena 2 months ago that my tickets we still valid before booking my accommodation and flights. They informed me new tickets would be issued. The festival is next week and i havent received any new ticket and they have stopped replying to my emails.

This company is the worst

This company is the worst, I asked for a refund in the time limits it was given to me and never got my money back, almost 300 euros for Rolling Loud and 2 years later and still nothing. I have all the receipts and I sent 4 emails and nobody from this company helped or even cared. My order number is 9725544. Horrible service!!!!!!!!!

Afronation ticket arena scammers

Paid the full amount in instalments for Afronation 2020. Tried to get a refund when 2021 was cancelled so emailed Afronation and ticket arena. No one will give me a direct answer of how to do this. They told me I should have received an email but I didn’t. I spent over £300 on VIP and I can’t get my money back. This is disgusting!!!! (order number is #9346959)

Afronation scam

I sent countless emails to Ticket Arena regarding receiving my full refund from Afronation, each time my request was closed. They sent less than half of my refund and refuse to give an itemised bill to explain the refund. It’s totally unacceptable. A shameful company.

Another BAD review

Another BAD review

After checking through total payments. Still I am out of pocket for merely booking then the event got cancelled. The event was cancelled numerous times and then customers were given the option to either claim a full refund or let their tickets follow on to the next year with some perks. I chose for the full refund. My refund was short by £57 due to fees which they have not explained or l what they were. They were unable to give me a breakdown of this. I am fuming. They don’t reply either . Email after email and I get an automated message. I wonder why they are still running just out here ruining people lives!

Honestly I will never purchase a thing from them and I will definitely let others know what scams they pull when they should be giving out refund if a event was cancelled by themselves not partial ones!

Absolutely disgusting company. Takes your money and don’t even refund you when events are cancelled due to covid. Buy at your own risk!

This company is failing to communicate with its customers. Didn't advise me of a rescheduled event, which I then missed. Now they don't respond to emails and there phone lines are down. What kind of operation is this? I see other reviews of customers not even receiving tickets so I guess its pretty shambolic overall
Edit: December 2021 - after several months of persisting I eventually got a refund, which I am happy about. I appreciate that summer 2021 was unprecedented but cant help but think communication could still have been better.

Awful

Awful, feels its a scam and they've stolen my money. I've not received my tickets, they haven't responded to emails, the telephone number was really hard to find but just advises they aren't taking calls. I received an odd email asking for my feedback on our "chat" this morning which didn't happen.

I brought two tickets from this company…

I brought two tickets from this company and never received my tickets. I have emailed endlessly trying to get to the bottom of this issue. I've even had to get third party involved. Either give me my money back or my tickets!!

Victoria and Jimmy response once and I never heard from them again!

If i could give 0 stars i would . They promiss a refund and they don’t refund en getting in contact is not normal diffcult. Ans when you reach them you get answer like . If you filled in the form in July and still haven’t got any refund you will receive it in 7 till ten workdays. And after all those days you will still get nothing. This is very frustrating people work hard for their f*ki money. Dirty SCAMMERS !!!!!! Lost a lot of money sinds 2019 the tickets where paid
