Excellent Service

Thank you to the TIC team for all their hard work in organising our company's new Wildix phone system. Everything went smoothly throughout the whole process and our staff are happy and really enjoying their new phones.

Special mention to Nigel Davenport from the TIC team. Not only did he work in an approachable and professional manner during the installation/training week, but he answered all of our queries in an expert way, was very friendly and clear during his training, and never said no for an answer, despite the variation of questions that were asked. He always got on with the job to a very high standard and found a solution. Also thanks to Ian Farrington for his help in ordering the phones/additional items we required. Ian was always quick to reply and dealt with anything thrown at him in a timely and efficient manner.

We will certainly continue to use TIC in the future and thank them for their continued kind assistance and cooperation.
