Thought the bolts I received from Tibike weren't appropriate (heads too narrow), got in touch and it turned out I'd ordered the wrong ones. The guy was super helpful and friendly and replaced them with the correct ones without charge - despite the replacements being more expensive. Product looks excellent too and delivery was extremely prompt. Highly recommended.
Great service and quality kit!
Just contacted them for advice and they called me back quickly. Plus though they charged postage they threw in an extra bolt as my order was over £50.
I would recommend!
Very poor after sales service after they sent out wrong goods. Dont return phone calls or text messages to resolve there mistake
