Still hoping for a refund 9 months…

Still hoping for a refund 9 months after... The owner makes promises and promises, then threaten you to not refund unless you remove your comments on Trust Pilot. This person is a criminal, when I read all the other comments from so many people who have been scammed as well, it makes me sick...

SCAM, RUN AWAY!

I ordered for a Playstation 5 in May 2022 for a value of 714,95€. It was a birthday present for my partner. I sent an e-mail to the manager, who told me that there were a lot of orders and that the delivery time was too long. After several weeks, I decided to cancel the order and get a refund. The refund never arrived! After many emails, this guy always promises a refund for the next week, but of course, I'm still waiting for the money.
Before buying this Playstation, I checked the reliability of the site on Trustpilot, the rating was quite good with many positive comments. Except that after analysis and steps, it turns out that there are 2 profiles for the same store! Ti84shop and TI 84shop. If you look closely at the 2 profiles, you can see that the comments and rating are not the same and that this is a SCAM. I advise you to write your comments on both profiles.
It was a big gift and when I see the number of people being scammed like me, we must react and denounce these practices to all social media.
As advised by test-achat, I waited until June 30, and sent an email specifying that if on June 30, the deadline for the refund, the amount was not on my account, I would appeal to the European justice system to settle the case and I would personally deal with the social networks, which is what I'm doing at the moment, as test-achat is not competent to deal with these problems outside Belgium.
As this company is based in the Netherlands, I have contacted the European Consumer Centre in Belgium, which will be able to intervene so that I can be reimbursed by launching a "small claims" procedure.

BE CAREFUL
Make sure you think carefully before buying from this site, supposedly the items are in stock, but they're not. My order for a Play Station 5 was never dispatched, and the manager decided to cancel it himself, deeming my calls too numerous, even though he didn't want to pick up his phone, in my case, it was a birthday present that had to arrive by a certain date, but the manager knows how to play on your nerves and make false promises, because after giving me a 2-3 day deadline for reimbursement, it turned out to be over a week, and the reimbursement has still not been made to this day, even though the order was cancelled (by them) on July 17, 2023. As advised by test-achat, I waited until today, July 31, and sent an email specifying that if on July 31, the deadline for the refund, the amount was not on my account, I would appeal to the European justice to settle this case and I would personally take care of the social network. Also and to this day, this gift intended as a birthday present has still not been given, because without a refund, it would be difficult to spend such an amount in a real store. Which just goes to show that sometimes it's better to pay a little more for an item in a store, and still be sure of getting it. In the end, and after a lot of pressure exerted through my comments, I finally got my money back.

Opgelicht door TI-84shop.nl

I ordered an xbox series X on 22/06 from the webshop below for € 445 (order id: ORD126838).

search for xbox series X in their ti-84shop.nl their webshop (in the meantime the price dropped to only € 429 apparently)

The webshop claims on its website to have the product in stock and to be able to ship it immediately. (they still claim this to this day)

A week after ordering and paying (bank contact) I have not received any news besides the order confirmation via email.

After research on the internet (I should have done this beforehand) it turns out this is not an isolated fact for this webshop: (google "tweakers ti-84shop review")

I have contacted the webshop about this and asked to either send me the product immediately or to refund me my money.

The webshop informed me that it was the supplier's fault and that it would be shipped the following week.

I have requested that the purchase agreement be disbanded and my money refunded immediately.

In the meantime, 1 month later, I still have not received my money back, the webshop refers to transaction times at the bank (which in my opinion is nonsense, a bank does not take a month to process a transfer) and legal terms (legal terms of what is not clear to me)

Een week na bestelling en betaling (bankcontact) heb ik naast de bestelbevestiging via mail nog geen nieuws ontvangen.

Na onderzoek op internet (dit had ik beter vooraf gedaan) blijkt dit geen alleenstaand feit te zijn bij deze webshop: (google tweakers ti-84shop review)

Ik heb de webshop hierover gecontacteerd en gevraagd om, of per direct het product te verzenden, of mijn geld terug te storten.

De webshop liet me verstaan dat het aan de leverancier lag en dat het volgende week wel in orde zou komen.

Hierop heb ik gevraagd de koopovereenkomst te ontbinden en mijn geld per direct terug te storten.

Ondertussen 1 maand verder heb ik mijn geld nog niet terug, de webshop beroept zich op transactietijden bij de bank (wat naar mijn mening onzin is, een bank doet er geen maand over om een overschrijving te verwerken) en een wettelijke termijn (van wat is me niet duidelijk)

DONT SHOP from this site. They dont refund

I have been waiting for refund for months. I got PS5 from this site, but they didnt deliver it so I wanted a refund. They have very unprofessional "customer care"on Whatsapp that keep saying we will refund on Friday but never does. This site is a big scammer. Showing products cheaper than the market value to attract customers and then stealing their money.

I ordered a PS5 in 16 October 2022not delivered and not refunded despite 100+ e-mails.

Update: As of 20 July, still no refunds. I contacted the Customer Authority and they confirmed that the site is known for fraudulent practices. I will now have to file a lawsuit. What a nightmare.

Nightmare scam - criminal business

UPDATE: After nearly five months of requesting a refund, literally dozens of phone calls, and broken promises to provide the refund, I finally began legal action and contacted a third-party debt repayment service to secure the refund. This seemed to make the difference and I received the refund almost half a year after initially requesting it (and then had to give a portion of it to the debt collection agency). You can decide for yourself whether this company is worth the risk and difficulty.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Dealing with Ti-84 has been a nightmare experience. Like many other people on this site, I bought a Playstation 5, and then cancelled the order when several weeks had passed without delivery. Since then, I have regularly contacted them to get my refund, and at every opportunity I am told "you will receive the money on Friday" or "Please contact us if you haven't received within two weeks." Eventually they stopped responding to my messages, but have kept more than EUR700 that I am owed, and have delivered no product. This is a clearly criminal company and I am now pursuing my refund through legal means. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terrible experience - avoid this merchant! / Vreselijke ervaring - vermijd deze handelaar!

Zeer slechte ervaring. Ik heb op 22.12.2022 een PS5 besteld, die op de website "op voorraad" stond. Week na week stelde de handelaar de levering uit. Na enige tijd heb ik mijn bestelling geannuleerd (aangezien het mijn consumentenrecht is volgens de EU-, Belgische en Nederlandse wetgeving) en om terugbetaling gevraagd. De handelaar weigert mij terug te betalen.

Ik heb al een formele klacht ingediend bij het Europees Consumenten Centrum en mij is verteld dat deze handelaar bekend staat om deze misbruikpraktijken. De volgende stap voor mij is om naar de rechtbank voor kleine vorderingen te gaan.

Ik heb een schriftelijk bewijs van alles wat ik schrijf.

Vermijd ze ten koste van alles!

Very bad experience. I ordered a PS5 on 22.12.2022, which was "in stock" on the website. Week after week, the merchant delayed the delivery. After some time, I cancelled my order (as it is my consumer right under EU, Belgian and Dutch laws) and asked for a refund. The merchant refuses to reimburse me.

I have already made a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre, and I was told that this merchant is well known for these abusive practices. The next step for me is to go to small claims court.

I have written proof of everything I am writing.

Avoid them at all costs!

Très mauvaise expérience. J'ai commandé une PS5 le 22.12.2022, qui était "en stock" sur le site. Semaine après semaine, le commerçant a retardé la livraison. Après un certain temps, j'ai annulé ma commande (car c'est mon droit de consommateur en vertu des lois européennes, belges et néerlandaises) et j'ai demandé un remboursement. Le commerçant refuse de me rembourser.

J'ai déjà déposé une plainte formelle auprès du Centre européen des consommateurs, et on m'a dit que ce commerçant est bien connu pour ces pratiques abusives. La prochaine étape pour moi est d'aller à la Cour des petites créances.

J'ai une preuve écrite de tout ce que j'écris.

Évitez-les à tout prix !

Ordered and payed a PS5 with FIFA

Ordered and payed a PS5, no answer to my several emails….don’t think it will be delivered!
Horrible service!!!!
Edit:
Up to now, they keep on promising, that it will be sent’next ‘ week.
First the week arriving after Xmas, then after New Year…..still no Shipping date!
Edit: got. the psp 5 finally end January…but without the FIFA game which we payed.
We bought the game ourselves - after promises again- and received the refund for the game on 3rd of March 23.
Fact: every shop can have delivery problems- but then just tell the truth and do not make false promises for months! Not professional at all 😢

This shop just want to rob you!!

This shop just want to rob you!!! I ordered a PS5 with delivery time +-7days, but the following happened:
They say lies about shipping dates, and they postpone the delivery for "next week" as they said to me for four weeks!!
After this really unprofessional behaviour I asked the order to be cancelled and they said to me that I'll have my money back in 14 days, almost 21 days have passed and guess what!? They didn't even reply to my last two emails!!!
(Also the phone they have on their site doesn't even exist)
I will make another review telling exactly what happened with dates and everything!!

Can't reach their customer service, have no idea about my order. UPDATE: Finally I got my PS5

I have ordered a PS5 Digital Edition from ti-84shop.nl on 18th of November. I still had not received any shipping confirmation from them. I called them 3 or 4 times but no one picked up the phone. I sent 3 emails and didn't receive any response even though they promise a response within 48 hours. I want to know whether I will receive my order or not. But couldn't reach any official in the company. I want to cancel my order and money back.

UPDATE: Finally I got my PS5. After 3 weeks of email communication, company shipped the order and I received it. It is a company where you can buy products at a very affordable price if they communicate with the customer properly. I hope they can improve communication with the customer.

Horrible service! 3 months of useless back and forth, no delivery

I ordered and paid for a PS5 from them (as it was very hard to get elsewhere). After a week, I still had not received any shipping confirmation so I messaged them. That started a 3 month long process of emails back and forth, them always promising an update in the next week and then nothing happening. After the first month, I asked for a refund. They sent me a receipt for the refund, and then the money never arrived! After two months of trying to get them to pay me back (with excuses like "we need your IBAN again" and "we just fixed something, now it should work" and "can we call you?" with no call) I ended up getting my money back through buyer's insurance (which I had thankfully bought).

Don't recommend at all! I suspect they never even had the PS5 in stock, don't know why they would let me pay for and order something that they themselves had no idea when they would be able to deliver.
