Sports Taping Course NEEDS REVISION!
Sports taping video was a disappointment. Valuable information but it was challenging to understand what the speaker was saying and sometimes the audio went really quiet. The recording of the video audio was inconsistent. The educational material itself was good, but the speaker did not explain how the injuries might affect the body nor what recovery using the sports tape should follow. I feel like there was missing information regarding the possible injury that would be vital to know for sports taping. The only benefit that was discussed was how the tape would aid in lymphatic drainage. Are there any other benefits? If my patient asks why I am doing this, what are other reasons? Additionally, it was unnecessarily revealing for the patient actress. While this video is for medical professionals, the educational video did not feel professional. The angles at which the video was shot as well as the lack of clothing the patient wore were both avoidable. Regardless of how realistic the actress' outfit might be for sports taping, this is an educational video and felt inappropriate.

Quick resolution of shipping mishap
My 1st order (in October) was packaged and shipped very quickly. My 2nd order wasn't received and had to be resent by Thysol. They were very quick to respond and resend my order. This tape is GREAT! It has stuck to several clients (horses) for a whole week.

As we discussed via email, our forwarder typically delivers within 2-3 days 95% of the time, though occasional delays do occur. Unfortunately, your order was placed late Sunday night, and it was delivered on the following Saturday. And we apologize for that. We were sorry to read that you were not open to an appropriate solution from us, as we would have liked to give you something in return such as a discount for a next order or something else to resolve this for you, but instead we resorted to leaving a 1 star review about our company in general.

When my order was delayed, the problem was resolved promptly, but I had to complain first and communication was slow. There needs to be a way to call with a problem. The info @ company name is not a good way to handle customer questions.

Wonderful customer service
I ordered a box of the tape and they sent the wrong one, the beauty versus the gentle. I sent an email in explaining the problem. And right away not only I heard back, but they also sent me the correct one and told me to keep the one that they had sent. Not only is the tape wonderful, but so is the customer service.
