I read a lot of reviews of this company before purchasing from them, so I was very disappointed at how things turned out. Their customer service is slow and frustrating, especially if you have a problem. I had to email them twice before getting a reply and they didn't try to find out where the order was. They just gave me a page of excuses, and whilst they can't control AusPost, they're definitely responsible for making sure people get their orders and for resolving problems. However, the product did arrive, just slower than expected.
I used the tape and found it flexible and comfortable to wear. However, taking it off was very painful and left me with small haemorrhages on my wrist. The tape removal was eye-wateringly painful and there was no quick way to remove the tape, because the stretchiness and strong adhesive prevent that. I did try oiling my skin first and using the tape again, but it was still very painful to remove. It's a shame because it's really good in other ways, but I wouldn't buy it again and people should be aware of how difficult it is to remove. Their complaints process is really complicated too - a form that has to be printed out, filled in, scanned and returned to them, which seems incredible in the digital age.

Good delivery time and interesting products. Didn’t think the patch was working until it was removed, then realised it was having an effect. Quite subtle.

Excellent product, this has helped save my hands during massage therapy, the results on my clients are amazing.

Delivery was on time. I found silicon not strong section in my opinion. I would prefer glass.

Ordered a few items from Thysol, one of which was the mini massage gun. It's a powerful and sturdy machine. Doesn't stop working if you press into the muscle, as do other less powerful guns. Highly recommend.

Was happy with the Facial tape it is also great on my skin and I have sensitive skin and no issues. The tape was sent out fast and communication was good.

I like the smell and I feel it does the job well during sport for me. My only dislike is that one of my cans is heavily leaking new out of the box. Feels like quite a lot has been wasted.
