I’ve purchased products from Thymes for many years. In a recent order one of the items had no fragrance. I wrote and asked for a refund and it was done within minutes much appreciated.
Their candle exploded and caused a fire. They claim user error. I’m in my 50s been burning candles my whole life. It sounded like a gun going off. Caused damage to front room. Their insurance claims user error because the photos showed candle exploded and melted down. Yes. The heat continued to melt the wax. To make up for it they sent me another candle. I love this company and their scents but what they did and how they treated us was not right. Don’t trust their candles or suppliers.
They filter negative product reviews, at least in my case. Purchased lavender honey candles that when extinguished smoked badly and left black soot on container. Refused to post my negative review or respond to my inquiries as to why. Might be wise to avoid this company.
Their online platform is really awful. Promo codes DO NOT WORK. REALLY BAD REPS. TOTALLY BAD EXPERIENCE TRYING TO MAKE A PURCHASE. WORST COMPANY, EVER!!!!! SPECIAL NOTE TO THIS COMPANY: Your rep on the phone was very nasty, rude and combative, and hung up on me for no reason. Super bad rep. This rep is also intercepting complaints via Contact Us on their website. Terrible rep on 2/13/23.
