These people (Christian.) Took $499 from my account that I did not allow them to take. When I saw the charge with my bank I flagged it. They emailed me asking me to unflag it and they would refund my money. So I did so and they have not responded to me emails for over a month now. These people will scam people out of money.
I purchased this platform because it was heavily marketed as a “no code” app builder for people without programming experience. Creating a simple demo was easy enough, but once I tried to actually make the app functional and deployable, I ran into repeated coding and deployment issues that required technical knowledge to solve.
The AI troubleshooting system repeatedly sent me through circular fixes that consumed my paid credits without resolving the underlying problems. Instead of feeling like a true no code platform, it felt more like a partially automated development tool that still expected users to understand technical debugging.
What frustrated me most was customer support refusing a refund because I had already used credits, even though those credits were spent trying to make the service work as advertised. In my opinion, the marketing creates unrealistic expectations for non technical users who reasonably believe they will be able to build and publish an app without coding experience.
This platform may work better for experienced developers, but my experience as a non technical customer was extremely disappointing.
Ai is stupider than all other services I have used. Telling it exactly how to fix an issue it still won’t fix and repeats all the same errors over and over wasting points. Completely unusable service. Ai seems to revert to older coding language and refuses to make new code formats
The UI and interface sucks, do not recommend for beginners, try unity instead or unreal engine, scratch is better than this
Be warned that you cannot delete Thunkable-account and they do not do it for you even if you repeatedly ask.

They are unfair to their customers, also the customer service and Technical support are unacceptable.
They are unfair because they say they have IAP purchase as a feature but it is not true because it is insanely bugged.
The customer service and technical support are unacceptable because, after 5 months that the community is waiting for the IAP to be fixed, they still don't have a plan for the resolution.
I have never been treated so badly as a customer in my life.
prices for custom branding used to be reasonable but now they put their branding every time you open the app you made. and to remove it, the pricing is INSANE. do not start with thunkable

If you want to start building apps, then thunkable is the perfect website for that. No coding experience necessary. I you have an idea for an app. just start designing it there and add the code via blocks.
