They are selling fake Apple AirPods. If you take them to an Apple Store they’ll tell you there have been hundreds of attempted claims using your serial number.

AirPods Pro that are supposed to be “new” and work perfectly are actually out of warranty upon receipt. Case won’t hold a charge for very long, earbuds constantly lose Bluetooth connection and must be paired again from scratch. Can’t make phone calls, other party can’t hear me. Asked for a refund and return postage 4 weeks ago, never heard back. Disputed charge with my CC. Never again, and buyer beware!

This is a complete scam! Please don’t get taken by this site. My AirPods worked for about 10 days and then the noise cancellation stop working. I fought and fought to get my money back and thankfully PayPal refunded me one month later. They don’t return emails or phone calls. Horrible site.

I ordered three pair of AirPod Pros for Christmas gifts. Each of them work and connect to our iPhones but when I tried to add apple care it wouldn’t work. After talking to apple they told me the AirPods were replaced by the previous purchaser and this store illegally sold the defective pair to me. All three of the AirPods I ordered have the same serial number.
