Helpdesk? Hebben zij die wel?
Inmiddels 3x een herinnering mail gestuurd. Geen antwoord op mijn klacht.
Die klacht? Verwisseling van test gegevens. Augustus waarvan ik niet de test kit van heb gekocht. Resultaat op een test positief, via de dokter medicatie.
Dan krijg ik over november mijn test resultaten, alles negatief.Goed bericht.
Ik koop een extra test kit. Maar krijg die op een ander adres niet geleverd.
Iet wiet geld weg.
Bij thuistesten is men simpel niet thuis.
Ik ga mij niet verdiepen wat er met dit bedrijf via Microbiome aan de hand is? Maar voorheen nooit iets negatiefs te melden.
Die Corona idioterie zal wel extra werk opleveren. Wij als particulier aan de antibiotica, en dan mankeer je niets.
TRUST??
Thuistesten.com= doe uw lering hiermee. Vervolg zal ik zeker doen bij negatieve react van TT.COM

Medische test afgenomen en opgestuurd. Uitslag zou er na 3 dagen zijn. Nu, na 3 weken nog geen uitslag. 4 mails gestuurd, geen antwoord. Gebeld en ingesproken. Geen reactie. Het gaat in dit geval om thuistesten.com onderdeel van van Microbiome Limited , Science Park 106, 1098 XG Amsterdam. Ook doen Microbiome Limited op dat zelfde adres Coronatests onder de naam coronalab.eu
