Disappointing refund and customer service
Unfortunately, I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Thrivin. I have now been waiting over two months for my refund, despite contacting customer service multiple times.
I had to provide proof several times and in different formats, but customer service still wasn’t able to resolve the issue. I eventually had to contact DPD (which I advise anyone reading this to do as it was resolved in a few minutes) and handle the situation myself, which I think is also unfair as I had to pay additional transport costs on top of handling everything and still my money had not been refunded - hence spending more on this brand and not receiving any type of assistance.
I originally wanted to exchange my clothes for a different size, but wanted to wait till my money was returned, unfortunately I have now missed the opportunity to repurchase the items that I wanted. I have purchased from many different sports brands but this has been by far the worst experience. It’s such a shame because I thought the overall design of Thrivin clothes was really beautiful, but not worth this much hassle.
What should have been a simple return and refund has become a very frustrating process. I expected much better communication and support from customer service and would simply like my money returned.

The order is terrible. I ordered two paires of leggings in size LONG, which should be suitable for 174-185cm. My height is 180cm, but both leggings are EXTREMELY LONG, about 20cm longer than my feet, that’s extreme. How can you lie about the sizing so much?
They won’t let me return the items for free. The return fee is so expensive, around 19€.

I have to say, I absolutely love these leggings! They fit perfectly, with a snug and flattering fit around the waist and hips, while the flare at the bottom gives them such a cute and stylish look. They really accentuate the shape of the bum beautifully without feeling too tight or uncomfortable.
The material is so soft and comfortable, and they feel amazing to wear, both during workouts and just for everyday wear. Definitely one of my favorite pairs of leggings so far! I’ll definitely be ordering more. 🥰

Absolutely appalling quality… complete waste of money

I am genuinely disgusted and bitterly disappointed with this order. I paid over AUD $100 expecting decent-quality activewear based on the way this company markets its products. What arrived felt unbelievably cheap, poorly made and nothing like the premium quality being advertised.

The material feels horrible, the so-called “high-waisted” leggings are not properly high waisted, and the overall construction and finish are horrendous. To make matters worse, the seam split open while I was trying the leggings on for the very first time… with the original tag still attached. They had never been worn, washed or used. Activewear should not fall apart simply from being tried on.

Honestly, I have received better-quality clothing from SHEIN and Temu for a fraction of the price. The best-quality item in this entire order was the free pair of socks included in the package… which says everything.

When I emailed to complain about the defective products, the response I received was generic, uncaring and completely dismissive of how unacceptable this experience had been. Their return process also expected me to lose £8.99 to return products that arrived poorly made and defective. I paid in Australian dollars, so I would be left even further out of pocket because they supplied an unacceptable product.

The entire experience has felt like a complete rip-off. A company should not be able to charge premium prices for products of this standard and then respond so carelessly when a customer reports that an item literally split during the first try-on.

I absolutely do not recommend this company and would never purchase from them again. Save your money… the quality, customer care and overall experience are appalling.

I was actually very excited about this order and waited quite a while to receive it, so I really wanted to love them. However, after trying them on, I noticed that the fabric has very little to no stretch at all the pants are extremely long, and the material doesn’t feel very breathable or comfortable for working out.

I have already worn one pair, and I may decide to keep the size Small, but I would really like to return the remaining items if possible, but after get in contact with them they make you pay for the return to so, just be aware when you order this

I have ordered three times and everything went great.
I had one item that had a long delay but i got a refund and i always got an email explaining the stage of delay, the customer service was super helpfull through the process :) Can recommend!

Very disappointing and honestly feels like a scam.

I’m 1.70m and normally wear size S/M. I first placed a big order in size M — everything was WAY too small. So I gave them another chance and placed another big order in size L.

Now the L doesn’t fit properly either. The shorts are extremely tight around the legs, and the shirts are way too tight under the armpits.

The sizing makes absolutely no sense and is completely unrealistic. After spending money on TWO big orders trying different sizes, I’m extremely disappointed. Definitely would not recommend.

The shipping was fast and the legging is beautiful . I use size S but I choose M and is perfect

I had such a great experience with Ronnie! A few of my items went missing during shipping, and he was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. He kept me updated, made sure I knew what was happening, and when it became clear the items needed to be shipped again, Ronnie was right there making sure the replacement shipment went out.

Shipping issues happen, but how a company handles them makes all the difference. Ronnie made what could have been a really frustrating experience feel easy and taken care of. Truly great customer service. Thank you, Ronnie!

I am delighted.
Very very good 10/10

I order 1 pair to begin with and within 7 weeks of having them they had ripped,
I had only worn them a total of 4-6 times.
I had emailed the company got a quick response and got a voucher back.

I had then ordered another 3 pairs order#58922.
I worn one of the pairs about 3 times maybe not even that and the stitching has come loss again.
I most likely won’t be ordering from here again.

By the way They were the right size.

I’m absolutely in love with Thrivin products! 🫶🏼 I’ve tried products from several different brands, but honestly, these are by far my favorites.

I was a little skeptical when I placed my first order, but when I received the package, I was pleasantly surprised. The material is really high quality, the colors are beautiful and look exactly like they do in the pictures, and they fit beautifully on the body. 😍

They define my waist so nicely, smooth and enhance my silhouette, and make my curves look absolutely amazing. 🍑

I’ll definitely be ordering again, and I can’t wait to try more of their products. I’m so happy I discovered you! 🥹🫶🏼

I bought one pairs of leggings and one shorts and unfortunatley the bum seams went within a handful of wears of each. I followed the washing instructions and they were the right size. They are just poorly made. I have a similar pair on amazon that were a third of the price that are holding up better.

Really do not recommend. They are bad quality and not well made at all.
